The 1810 Juliand House Bed & Breakfast

My wife and I stopped for one night at the 1810 Juliand House B& B while on a road trip from South Bend, Indiana to our home in Massachusetts. We spent a very comfortable night in the Captain’s Room and were greeted with a delicious, bountiful breakfast the next morning. The hosts couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. We’ll definitely stay there again, the next time we’re in the area.

Steve and Claudia run a very friendly and pleasant bed and breakfast. The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable, and we had our own private bath with tub and shower. It is run in an old farm house, but they have been doing their best to supply modern amenities. Breakfast was amazing, and they really do a lot to make it feel like a family meal. Steve loves to cook things up and they both like to provide a lot of friendly conversation through the meal. They also have two very friendly beagles who welcome you to the breakfast table.

Spent 2 comfortable nights in a spacious, old home with lots of common space and a kitchen for guests. There are just 3 rooms available, all with their own bath. This means plenty of opportunity to get to know other guests over breakfast. Steve does the cooking to order, and is very knowledgeable about the history of the area. I particularly enjoyed the array of fresh fruit available each morning.

This is my second stay with Claudia and Steve- I had an exhausting travel schedule and fortunately planned the last night at Greene NY’s wonderful Juliand House Bed and Breakfast. I slept like a rock! And then to get us on our merry way they served the most deliciously prepared breakfast. Steve and Claudia do not skimp when serving up thick meaty bacon, juicy sausage links, fresh fruit of several varieties, toast, monkey bread, eggs to order, juices, coffee, not to mention the offer of Chobani Yogurt and I forget what else. I felt like Mole in ‘Wind in the Willows’ when He is unpacking the picnic food Ratty has prepared and all Mole can say is “”0h My! Oh My!” All served around the charming and comfortable large table. What a great way to end a trip- fortified with a deep sleep and a terrific breakfast!

Lovely home with clean rooms and gracious hosts. Hearty home cooked breakfast made to order with quality ingredients. The wonderful service and quality rooms are a tremendous value for your money. Highly recommend

This was the perfect peaceful night I was looking for. We stayed in the Hannah Room. Cozy and charming, lots of space and modern amenities. Best nights sleep in a long time. Very accommodating, there was games, books, and snacks available. Stores and a few places to eat were just down the road. Binghamton was just a half hour away and many things to do in that town. Great half way point home from Niagara Falls. Breakfast was very delicious, options for all diets keto, vegan, gluten-free, etc. Would highly recommend.
