Hotel in zona Edwards Royal Comfort Heating, Air & Plumbing - Greencastle, Greencastle

I had booked a room for my stay months ahead of time, got the confirmation email, and was set. When I arrived to check in on May 31st, the front desk worker told me that the hotel could not honor the reservation I had as it was for the weekly rate, and I had only booked for 4 nights. They forced me to cancel that reservation (that the Wyndham website ALLOWED me to make) and rebook a room - this added $200 to my original price. When I called Wyndham later, they told me that the hotel was not within their rights to not honor the reservation I originally had, even if it was a website or booking error. I had a confirmation number and had been booked for months. They opened a Customer Care ticket against the hotel, saying they would handle it. When I checked on this a day ago, they said that the hotel had told them they were trying to get me to call to handle it, though they never said anything to me. I am currently getting the runaround from them as they won't tell me when the general manager will be in when I do call, and the times they say that this person might be there, they are not and they are ”not sure” when the manager will come in. How do you not know when the manager will be on site? They said they would have them call me. This has also not happened. What a joke. Besides that, the room was terrible. For $95 a night I am not expecting a palace or even a super nice room. But my door barely shut/locked and I was on the first floor. The seal around the door was broken, so both light, bugs, and weather all came into the room. I was dealing with spiders all weekend. My shower had huge holes in the tub, and when turned into shower mode, only half of the water came through the head - the rest still came through the faucet. There was no hair dryer, and the vent in the bathroom didn't work. There wasn't even a clothing bar to hang anything up if I wanted to. Go somewhere else. This place is absolutely misrepresented in the photos online, and is really falling apart. The parking lot is pothole city, there's a huge dumpster currently blocking several spaces, and there is no ice OR vending machine. There's hardly a breakfast offered, and they do nothing about noise from other patrons if you complain. I will definitely NEVER be staying here again. They have officially lost my business. Spend an extra $10-15 a night and go to Super 8 or Red Roof or Econolodge if you are going to Cloverdale.

We needed a place to stay last minute due to I 70 being shut down. Jacob did a great job at not only getting us a room but also giving us alternative directions to Richmond. In addition he gave us information on a way to cancel our reservation that we could not make due to the I70 shut town. So after a crazy day with hours on the highway Jacob was wonderful and went above and beyond. Thank you so much for wonderful customer care.

Ho prenotato una stanza per il mio matrimonio, e poi ho pensato di parlare con un manager di un possibile tasso di gruppo per il mio matrimonio fuori città. Mentre aspettavo che rispondesse via email o telefono, non c'era scelta, ma per andare avanti e prenotare altre camere. Ora il tasso di camera era aumentato dell'80% di quello che avrei potuto prenotare prima di parlare con il manager. Quando ho informato il manager di questo mentre prenotavo di nuovo, tutto quello che ho avuto è, mi dispiace, ma niente posso fare. Ecco il 20% fuori. A causa della loro incompetenza e la mancanza di comunicazione ci ha costato molto di più rimanere qui.

Ero in città per il lavoro e non ho avuto molto tempo in hotel, ma ero davvero impressionato con la proprietà. Il bagno era spazioso e confortevole. Il letto era fantastico! Non ho avuto la possibilità di provare il colazione, ma ha profumi meravigliosi. La prossima volta che sarò in città, sarò felice di rimanere qui di nuovo!

Anche quando era tardi, Renee mi ammirò con un sorriso e un caldo benvenuto, e una bottiglia d’acqua fredda. La mia stanza era accennata all’arrivo, che era molto cortese. La mia stanza era spaziosa e pulita. E il letto era sorprendente. So che è bella, ma a differenza di altri posti che ho soggiornato, ho potuto programmare il fan, così correva tutta la notte, sfiorando ogni rumore e permettendo un sonno molto tranquillo. Non si può nemmeno iniziare il colazione fino alle 6:00 e quando sono andato via alle 5:30, quando ho lasciato una sorpresa meravigliosa. Si può dire che l'hotel è andato a grandi lunghezze per aggiornare le camere, compreso uno specchio luminoso nel bagno.

Sono rimasto qui per qualche notte mentre ero in città per il matrimonio di un amico e in generale ho avuto un soggiorno molto bello. La stanza, pure, confortevole e assolutamente massiccia, pure, pure e semplicemente un po’ di aggiornamento. Il personale era molto utile e pensavo che i biscotti freschi nel lobby fossero un bel toccamento. I miei amici e io abbiamo anche fatto uso della bella zona di seggiolino e della piscina. Questa è una delle proprietà in cui si ha bisogno di una macchina o essere preparati per Uber ovunque.
