I want to big up the staffs of this wonderful hotel. Jason, Jermaine, Chef Johnoy, Nicaldo, Ricardo. These are some main persons who made our stay a memorable one. Thank you Princess. I have stayed at several hotels home and overseas and I can say without no fear of contradiction that these people are well trained 👏 and very hospitable. Keep doing what you are doing and this will become the number one hotel in the world.

What a wonderful first time to Jamaica! We were absolutely spoiled. Beautiful resort, the design and decor is gorgeous…so many stylish details ! Tonnes of seating both on the beach and in the lounge areas with gorgeous furniture The people here were so kind and friendly, enjoyed everyone we ran into Thank you Chevaune at reception for your great service and hugs We had two butlers (a service we have never had before) Jermaine and Kade, both were there to make our trip fantastic and they did! Thank you for all the specialties making my husband’s 60th amazing…the birthday cake, champagne, bubble bath, towel animals, cheese plates, the special drinks! All above and beyond, thank you! The food was delicious everywhere on the resort, Chef Johnoy at the Platinum Club restaurant was fantastic! Best filet mignon ! We saw him often whether it was for breakfast or dinner, always a smile on his face and ready to prepare you something special Chef Shandy (not sure that I got that right) from the Ka restaurant put on the best show for our table and all his staff participated in the singalong…thank you too for another birthday cake! The Pearl is the most beautiful restaurant and the food was so good, thank you Big Swish for your attentiveness, great young server So many great bars, Oshae was awesome up at the platinum bar, John at the piano bar and Morris at the Azul beach bar…thanks for all the drinks! Now Jevauhn is the piano man!! Wow he is fantastic and always brought in the crowd! We absolutely loved his shows!! Thank you for all the fun! Lots of great entertainment by the singers and musicians at the platinum restaurant or in the lobbies Beautiful hotel but the ocean was disappointing for us, great pools though

Just returned home from a vacation here that felt like a dream, it was so surreal! This resort is beautiful and breathtaking. The moment we stepped foot on this property we were blown away by the exceptional service that we received. Everyone who works here is so happy and friendly and wants to make you feel so spoiled. We stayed in a platinum swim out room, we won’t stay in any other room now. Our butlers Andre and Jessica went above and beyond to make us feel so spoiled! They worked so hard and always with a smile on their faces. Their professionalism is like no other. It was my birthday during my stay and the birthday surprises didn’t stop happening. A heart shaped floating breakfast in the pool for birthday breakfast was outstanding and a wonderful surprise. As well as special surprises in our room, the last surprise brought a tear to our eyes 🥰 so thoughtful! We didn’t have to ask for anything, they would just surprise us each and every day. They would have a cabana or beach chairs set up with towels and a cooler with beers for us to relax on the beach, or they would be at our service to book our dinners and golf cart rides to our dinners. We didn’t want to leave Andre and Jessica! Next I would like to point out the wonderful service at the platinum bar and restaurant! First night we arrived late around 9pm, Chef johnoy came up to our table and introduced himself and made us an outstanding tenderloin with shrimp! We couldn’t believe it as we thought dinner would be over. Well it didn’t stop there Chef johnoy never missed a beat! I never told a soul it was my birthday the next day but someone noticed from the paper work, and chef Johnoy said “I hear it’s someone’s birthday tomorrow I’d like to make you a special dinner what would you like”. Well my birthday dinner was so amazing, I wanted to bring him home with us. Next, at the platinum bar!! Jessica was amazing!! Always made us a surprise shot or drink, we kept coming back daily to visit her! Her personality and her knowledge is like no other, such a beautiful soul. If you need a late night snack make sure you hit up MVP and go visit Keisha, she is such a lovely lady. Overall, this resort is outstanding and all the staff is so amazing. Never been so spoiled in my life! We will definitely be returning to this beautiful resort and hopefully soon because I miss it and everyone that works at princess.

Everything was more than we expected. Our butlers Donovan, Romario and Davel were at our beck and call around the clock. Very professional and well spoken young men who took the challenge of pleasing my Jamaican born husband and passed with flying colors. My only complaint was the hot water not always running in the over the water bungalows. If the weather was poor, there was no hot water. If the weather was nice, it was perfect. Can’t wait to return to see all the additional amenities they are bringing.

My whole experience was amazing. The hotel looks like paradise. The whole crew was so friendly and gentle. Always making sure that we were alright. And what to say about everyone of the crew saying hello as they walked by us and smiled at us. The food was amazing. Cocktails too. My favorite was Frozen Bob Marley. I tried Robert's flame: Fillet mignon was so tasty. Italian: Everything was so good, I went twice. Pesto linguini were so yummy, caprese Salad and Bruschetta too. And Chocolate mousse, wow! Mexican was good too. Quesadilla was really amazing. And what to say about the churros, just wonderful! Wish there was more than two. The Pearl! I took the chicken because I'm not a fan of seafood, but it was so tender and tasty. The drink Mermaid Tails was really good too, but a bit strong. Buffet were also great and there was a lot of different choices. The decor was just fantastic, making us feel like we were under the sea. The reef, wow. Food is amazing and what to say about the view. Right by the sea and open everywhere so you can eat and look at the ocean and hear the waves. Thumbs up to Leonardo, making sure everything was going fine during our time in the restaurants and making sure we had everything we wanted when no dessert were left. Always taking the time to say hello. Maitre D, Keron, was also making sure everything was alright. They were also very nice to talk to and having a laugh with us. Adrian at the Italian restaurant was so kind and gave an amazing service. The view, rooms and pool were amazing. It was like living in paradise. I've never slept so well at an hotel before.

Stayed in the nicest room of our lives the "platinum master suite" 1000sq+ (nice that it was only two weeks old) Platinum check in is excellent. sit down with "Jason & Nicaldo" stress free Great room bracelet which opens room door (not a cheap plastic band) Fantastic butler service from "Astley & Glaister the Gman" (tipped $20 a day, probably should have done more) had flowers in tub for wife at night & golf cart rides w/escort to restaurants for dinner which they reserve, along with beach cabanas & drinks set up every day. "If you guys read thanks again" Platinum Bar roof top pool - Fantastic because of "Dwayne & Oshae" bartenders Thanks for Rum Dirty Bananas & the rusty nail shot! Went to the Platinum Restaurant one night which was excellent, Chef "Johnoy" made us a meal not on the menu which made my birthday trip even better. Thanks again We tried the Italian twice... great pasta & steak! & the pearl-seafood...sword fish boom great! then the steak house (watch out the fillet has duck liver on top, in case you don't like) all had beautiful 5-star quality (small appropriately sized meals with amazing presentation) great service I wish I got my servers name at the steak house (tipped him $20 should have been more) Also tried the buffet one night which was definitely one of the best buffets I have ever had...huge variety if you like buffets. Only things that I would Recommend: Softer bed's & better pillow quality in room they were cheapies. Surburban or VIP car pickup for all platinum guests not just for the over water Villas (I'm use to the Excellence CLUB resort they always pick me up at airport with Surburban's or BMW's) I spent $500 on my own Surburban this time (1:40 minute ride from airport had traffic) Pennsylvania Travelers
