Princess Senses the Mangrove Resort - Adults Only

Kenzie the entertainer was very good during our stay he entertained us he checked on us every chance he got he made our trip a fun one also Tasha from the pool bar these 3 person are awesome 👌🏻❤️❤️❤️❤️we’ll be back shortly thanks for the awesome service again and again

The property is gorgeous but the service is inconsistent and their operations/accounting are a joke. Upon arrival on February 4th, the room Oclub room I upgraded to not only was not available, they had no record of me paying for the upgrade or my communication with their staff. I had to pull the credit card statement show the charge. The room they put us in had a molded odor and was a downgrade. We waited in lobby for 3 HOURS. We kept being told they were waiting on a manager and they had no rooms that would accommodate us. We have yet to meet the manager. However, the concierge Cleopatra figured everything out and got us into a room within 30 minutes of her getting involved. She was amazing and worked so hard to make my birthday which was February 5th was special and amazing. We were given a private Cabana where our serve Tori Ann made sure we wanted for nothing while in the Cabana. The room a was nice swim out just not the category we wanted. The fire alarm went off in our room at random times both day and night throughout our stay. We kept being told someone was going to come fix it but that never happened. The food in the restaurants was great! The buffet not so much. Some servers were attentive and others acted like our table didn't exist. Wait times to actually get food in the restaurant was pretty long no matter which one we tried. Room service was an additional $15 each time you ordered, which is crazy given how expensive this place is. Entertainment was all over the place there was no flow or theme to anything. Literally from 70s soft rock to reggae to hip hop. It was difficult to enjoy. The club at night was a nice set up....but it was pretty empty with completely random music selections making it hard to stay on the dance floor. Overall this resort isn't worth the hour drive from the airport. Staff needs additional training and for the money spent on this resort I was expected a much better experience.

All in all the Princess sense of mangrove ADULT SIDE Was great!! I loved it! We been to many resorts annd this one by far is my favorite. Even being a brand new resort there were not complaints from us. Everything was perfect! We will be back next Feb! The resort is enormous, but it’s stunning and spacious. Our room was incredibly roomy, and we had a swim-up suite in building 4. The view was breathtaking! We spent our days relaxing by the pool, basking in the sun on our suite’s balcony and swimming in the pool. It was an absolute dream come true. Now, let’s talk about the restaurants. • The Reef on the family side was a disappointment. The food was mediocre, and the service was only average. • Robert’s Steakhouse was a mixed bag. While we had a negative experience, everyone else we spoke to who had dined there raved about it. • II PALAZZO RESTAURANT (Italian) was a solid 7/10. The service was great, and the chicken parm and lasagna were delicious. • UMAMI RESTAURANT (Hibachi) was an absolute delight. The food was amazing, and the service was exceptional, earning it a 9.5/10 rating. • EL DELIRIO RESTAURANT (Mexican) was equally impressive. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch, earning it a 9/10 rating. Before your meal, a chef prepared tacos of your choice and as many as you wanted. And let me tell you, the New York steak was far superior to the filet we ordered from the steakhouse. • The food trucks were good, but they were always packed and took a while to get your food. • The buffet was okay, but we’re not big fans of buffets. It did have a good selection, though, so it was a decent option, earning it a 6/10 rating. Now, let’s talk about the butlers. They were incredibly rude. We saw them numerous times, but none of them looked, waved, or smiled. One time, we were on a cart with platinum guests who went out of their way to address them. Since we weren’t platinum, we can only assume that’s why they were so rude. The Bell Men at the Princess Adult Side were incredibly friendly and kind. They promptly escorted us to our room with our luggage and even gave us a tour of the resort. If you’re planning a stay at Princess Adult Side, be sure to ask for Anthony and Marco. They’re hilarious and will keep you laughing throughout your stay. They’re highly recommended! Those guys are honestly great! The housekeeping staff was fantastic! The journey to the resort took around an hour and twenty minutes, but we had a few guests to drop off at another resort along the way. On the return trip to the airport, the travel time was exactly an hour and ten minutes! Overall, the Princess Adult Side was an amazing experience! I absolutely loved it. We’ve been to many resorts, and this one easily tops the list. All employees were friendly except the butlers. Even though it’s a brand new resort, there weren’t any complaints from us. Everything was perfect! We’ll definitely be back next February!

My wife and I had an absolutely amazing time at the Princess Senses Mangrove Resort. This place is breathtakingly gorgeous! As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by the refreshing Caribbean breeze and a stunning view of the beach. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed by Ms. (or Mrs.) Cleopatra, who was absolutely wonderful. Her beautiful, inviting smile made us feel at home, and she went above and beyond to help me plan a surprise Lover’s Day for my wife. Then, there was Britany, the front desk host for Platinum Guests. (Side note: If you're debating whether to upgrade to Platinum, don't hesitate—just do it! The Adult Platinum Package is worth every penny, offering an unmatched experience.) After checking in with Britany, we were introduced to the best butlers in the world, Jessica and Andre. We spent most of our time with Jessica due to scheduling, and she was absolutely incredible! There was nothing she wouldn't do to assist us—she stayed in constant contact and made sure we were taken care of at all times. She’s a true gem in a place that is already so glorious. Another standout was Ms. Kimora, the hostess for the Platinum Club à la carte restaurant. She was so kind and helpful, and her staff was absolutely amazing—attentive, professional, and always ensuring we had everything we needed. The food was fantastic! At the Pearl Restaurant, we had the pleasure of being served by Rosha (I may be misspelling his name, but I believe that’s correct). This young man kept us laughing and gave us the best dining recommendations. He made the experience even more enjoyable! One piece of advice: Talk to the people! The servers, the butlers, the hostesses, the housekeeping staff, the beach workers—they are the heart of this resort. Engaging with them will make your vacation far more memorable than just passing them by. Also, make sure to visit Nick, the photographer—this guy is worth his weight in gold! To be honest, this resort is still a work in progress, but the staff makes you forget about that entirely. In probably a year or less, this will be one of Jamaica’s premier resorts—no question about it. There’s so much more I could say, but honestly, just go with an open mind, be ready to have fun (foam parties and all), and trust me—everything will be Irie!

Damaine at the Robert flames restaurant and riyana the hostess did exceptionally well also Herfia at the jam rock restaurant they are so good at what they do how could I leave out Tasha from the pool deck she’s such a vibe we love her also the girl at the food truck she went for regular fries for use recommended what’s good 👍

Food: Mexican (4/5): Tasty, but everything was served cold. KA (5/5): Best dinner! Fun show, great food (except the sushi). JamRock (1/5): Huge letdown. Curried goat & oxtail were mostly fat, and appetizers were bad. Other guests agreed. Fushion360 (5/5): Excellent and unique dishes. Blue Mountain Cafe (4/5): Excellent service, coffee, and ice cream. Unfortunately, our sandwiches were still frozen. Buffet (3/5): Good variety but poor service. Pasta & omelet stations were unattended. Family side was loud with the same selection. Pools (4/5): Beautiful and clean, but mostly cold. Some tiles were discoloring due to water acidity—staff even advised against putting eyes in the water. Beach (3/5): Water changes from murky to turquoise throughout the day. Room (5/5): Clean, spacious, great housekeeping. The massive tub in the middle was awkward but worked as a towel hamper! Entertainment (5/5): Night shows were phenomenal. Adult side had unique activities. Daytime entertainment was great. Nightclub was empty but had a nice terrace. VR room was fun and well-maintained. Spa (5/5): Hydrotherapy circuit was amazing. Didn’t try services but heard great things. Even the bathrooms were luxurious! Suggestions: • A resort map would help guests explore. • More interactive shows would be great. • A la carte food should be made to order, not served cold.
