Was traveling back into town and made reservation through ******* 25 minutes before midnight for my companion to stay at. Showed up at the property and they said they didn’t have my reservation. Apparently cut-off for check-in is midnight…..didn’t know that and was not listed on anything when I booked. Lost my reservation and no refund from either the hotel or *******. Wasted $130 and the front desk guy acted like I should be happy about it. I guess if I was screwing over customers for my benefit, I would be smirking as well too. No adjustment or discount on a different room from either ******* or hotel. Seemed like an extremely sleazy way to do business, especially if you see a reservation come in that close to check-in cut off, you would think good customer service would be to perhaps call the customer. Not like the property is huge and they were busy. Local resident now and also a ride share driver and I will never recommend this property to anyone staying in the area because of poor management and customer service, area can be shady at times, and just an overall disgusted feeling for this property due to my experiences and interactions with them.
