Hotel in zona Oxford Crossing, Greater Vancouver

Quando abbiamo controllato la Ramada da Wyndham Coquitlam, il cameriere del fronte non ci ha detto che dovremmo andare fuori, attraverso il parcheggio per arrivare alla piscina interna. Non ci ha nemmeno detto che dovremmo andare al divano per prendere i vestiti per la piscina; dovevamo chiedere ad un altro ospite come trovare la piscina, andammo là, solo per tornare al divano per prendere i vestiti. Avrebbe dovuto chiedere se usiamo la piscina, dicci dove si trova e dammi le tue biancheria mentre ci registravamo, ma abbiamo scoperto da altri ospiti. Una volta arrivati alla piscina, abbiamo scoperto che l'hotel aveva affittato la piscina per imparare a nuotare di una mezza dozzina di grida, gridando ”dueling” che stava esplodendo costantemente. La nostra stanza era al primo piano e al corridoio dal desk front di questo ”hotel non fumatori”. è stato estremamente fumante. Sono allergico al fumo e questo mi rende molto incomodo. Mia figlia ha suggerito che il personale ”fumo fuori” è probabilmente vicino all'ingresso dell'aria pulita per il sistema di condizionamento dell'aria. Questo deve essere cambiato! Non consiglio alle persone di rimanere in questo hotel.

Thank you for the opportunity to describe my Inn at the Quay experience. I was booked for a day procedure at Royal Columbian Hospital at 6:00AM on Saturday May 20. Because I was travelling from out of town and had to be driven home (as a requirement of the procedure) I elected to travel by train to Vancouver and then New Westminster on the day before, Friday. On Tuesday May 16 I booked a room at your hotel for the night of the night of Friday May 19 for $389.00 ex-taxes. My plan was to take a cab to the Hospital and then my daughter was then going to drive to town to pick me up and drive me home after the procedure on Saturday. After travelling to New Westminster I had time to kill because I called the Inn at the Quay to see if I could get an early check in but was told that you were very busy and that was not possible. The hospital recommends attending with only your care card for security reasons. For this reason I had my BC Care Card and the credit card I used to book the room in my cellular phone case. During my wanders I lost my phone. Fortunately I had a significant amount of cash so I got a cab immediately and attended at your hotel. I explained my situation to the clerk on the desk and she said that she could not check me in without the credit card I used to book the room. I asked her if you would charge that card with the room price if I had not shown up and she agreed that that was the case. When I asked if she could just charge the card and let me stay she said that the situation was different and was against your policy. I questioned her further and she summoned a person form the back office who agreed that the situation was completely different and actually said “Sorry, we can’t help you.” When I suggested cancelling the credit card transaction and paying in cash that suggestion was also turned down. Reason was lost on these two minions that are trained to be slavishly obedient to your rules and policies. I am sure that if you question these two they will agree that I was polite and courteous throughout our encounter. After several attempts at circumventing their indifference I felt that I should leave before I started to get mad. As a competent, attentive and businesslike hotelier I am sure you are aware of the saturation in your market on any given day. If you harken back to May 19 you will recall that all of the other hotels in New Westminster and as far as Port Coquitlam were completely booked. No matter, I was able to avail myself of a comfortable chair in the admitting lobby of the Royal Columbian Hospital from 4:00PM on Friday until 6:00AM the following morning. Except of course when I had to leave the admitting lobby while the janitors polished the floors. Because the Emergency Room lobby was full I was able to meet some of the interesting local street residents that were outside at 2:30AM. L'uomo che ci ha controllati al di fuori del dipartimento era molto utile nel trovare una stanza di primo piano invece della stanza di secondo piano che ci avrebbe assegnato. La colazione era grande! Era in un ristorante nelle sale (ma doveva andare fuori per arrivare a lui). Ci era una buona varietà di cibo caldo e freddo e lo mantenevano ben fornito. La camera dell'hotel era più grande della maggior parte. Ci sono belle grandi lavanderie nelle stanze con lavatrice e asciugatrice costose (anche in quella stanza). I letti erano confortevoli, la doccia era buona, avevamo un sacco di tovaglioli e carta da bagno, tutto era pulito e in buona riparazione, tutte le luci lavoravano, il bacino e il contatore erano separati dal bagno e dal tubo e c'era un contatore grande. C'era un potenza ***** vicino al letto dove ho messo il mio caricatore telefonico. Ci sono molti altri ristoranti vicino. Abbiamo apprezzato l'odore di citrus di sapone e shampoo fornito, ecc. Questo è stato uno dei migliori posti che abbiamo soggiornato!

Vicino alla strada ad alta velocità di Surrey e 1, andare in città, la costa settentrionale e i confini degli Stati Uniti sono molto conveniente, a condizione di guidare.Il prezzo dell'hotel a Vancouver costoso è molto più alto rispetto al prezzo del buono e del buono, molto più economico di quello dell'hotel urbano e Lenguan. La stanza è pulita e tranquilla, ci sono supermercati e ** intorno.

L'iatt era sorprendente con un grande servizio dal momento in cui camminavamo in porta, e potevamo lasciare il bagaglio mentre aspettavamo la nostra stanza, per poter esplorare la città. Ci sono stati meravigliosi e ci sono stati puliti i nostri asciugamani e le nostre letti ogni giorno, la piscina all'aperto e il tubo caldo sono stati un luogo di benvenuto dopo lunghi giorni di cammino. L'unico punto di svolta è stato la mancanza di accesso al ristorante. Un ristorante è a malapena aperto e l'altro è così alto prezzo e non consegna alla tua stanza. Grazie a Dio Skip the Dishes è stata un'opzione. Starbucks proprio nel lobby, non può andare male con questo!!

i enjoyed the hotel resort..Conveniently located in Richmond...Easily accessible to everything. Preferable to have a car. Sky train was avail , but we had our own vehicle. Resort fees includes the parking which is good compared to other hotels nearby that charges $50/night for parking. I definitely would recommend to stay here. Room sizes are large, good entertainment.

The facility is a little old. The bedside light burnt out when i was reading and the plug of the electric kettle wasn't working. Other than these small things, all was good. Shuttle service is recommendable and there are interesting restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Tried a Chinese noodle place called ban but xian. The food was so tasty.

L'ospite è molto amichevole. La stanza era molto pulita. Tutto andava bene. L'ospite mi ha detto di chiedere direttamente l'ora di arrivo e era molto flessibile. Prima di partire, ha offerto deliziosi colazione e snack. In futuro, mi prenoterei di nuovo questo posto.
