No phone in the room, no geyser facility for bath, third class food, staff behaviour is terrible and very very rude, on reception staff sat in a old and diary clothes. No sense how to talk with customers. I suggest don’t take this hotel even they give big offer. All staff have different words for same thing. Don’t take this hotel room even they offer free.

I paid ra. 5600, room was dirty, food quality was third class and there was no bill available for food

Property is very tidy, neat and in a quiet environment. Power cut is rare but happens and all amenities are working too. The only issue is sometimes, room service takes a bit time to sort out customer services when requested. I'll give a 7/10 rating.

Stayed for 2days with family in the property. Approach road is not good to the property. Hot water doesn’t come in taps inspite of multiple requests. Average stay

Raksha Suits is great for long stays with family and if you are looking for service apartment. Location is good though greater Noida needs to fix the road patch in front of the property. Breakfast is simply great. Staff at breakfast, from desk team led by Vaishnavi Soni & Kamal are all very courteous and maintain highest standards of hospitality. Special mention for the Service & housekeeping team that supported us. They are extremely courteous, very organized, thorough and super-efficient. Their names are Darshan, Himanshu.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at raksha suites just a stone's throw from the expo Mart centre and I couldn't be happier with experience. The location is spot on for anyone heading to events at the expo Mart. Rooms were incredibly spacious and giving off a vibe of comfort and luxury.

It was great stay at Raksha Suites Best hotel in greater noida at affordable price and walkable distance from knowledge park 2 the rooms was spacious and neat and clean and the staff was very helpful they also have inhouse restaurant with multi cuisine and spacious banquet hall for party and reception.
