Somewhere Inn Calabogie

I booked Somewhere Inn as a surprise getaway for my husbands birthday! We had an great time! The hotel communication was amazing and even sent a Road Trip play list for the drive up which was a nice touch! Check-in was super easy and the staff was always very accommodating, super friendly and helped us when we needed something! The King room we had was well appointed and had everything we needed and more! We really appreciated the lack of clocks and TV since this was meant to be a disconnected weekend. I also LOVE a robe! My husband LOVED the fireplace and the day bed to lounge around! Love that it's pet friendly (next time we will bring our fur baby!) We had a wine tasting and breakfast included in our rate and thought both were great! The overnight oats were delicious and the muffins are homemade and baked on site! Sauna was really nice to have also to warm up after we hiked Eagles Nest which has amazing views and only 5 min drive from the hotel! For sure would recommend! I bet the summer is even better! But we had amazing weather and everything was great! Thank you for an amazing surprise weekend!

We spent thanksgiving weekend here and loved every moment of it. Rooms were spacious, stylish and clean. The individual fireplace was a great feature. We didn't use the outdoor fire pit but it made for a great vibe in the evening. The view of the lake from the building is amazing. We opted for the breakfast add-on and had it outside facing the lake which was a great way to start the day. General surroundings were peaceful, and staff were friendly. Appreciated the personalised text service too. Would come back again.

Wonderful hotel！I really enjoyed my stay. it's quiet，clean，and has a lovely environment. the staff are all very nice，and i would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Even if we had a short stay, we loved it so much. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The amount of care and attention the staff showed us was heartwarming. The room is nice and I had a great night's sleep. I felt so rested the next day. I was happy to discover that they also have different activities. On Sunday, there was a yoga session, which was nice to see. I felt at peace in the environment. It was what I needed for a quick getaway. We were so grateful for their kind words and the love they showed us. Our hearts were full. Thank you :)

Absolutely loved the hanging swing chairs in the lounge. Also loved the fireplace, so cozy. The Nespresso coffee was luxurious. Everything we could want was provided.

We very much enjoyed our 3 nights at Somewhere Inn. Hosts are very friendly and make themselves available in person & by text message. The Scandinavian decor is very spa-like & romantic. The grounds are lovely, and the sauna & cold plunge add to the relaxing vibe. Snacks and fun drinks are always available for purchase (in room and in the lobby). The little public beach across the street was clean & refreshing. We will definitely be back! Thank you !
