From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a genuinely warm and friendly welcome that set the tone for the entire stay. Dinner at the L’amuse Bouche restaurant was an absolute delight – every bite was delicious. Afterwards, the stylish bar and gracious lounge offered the perfect space to unwind. It was a truly relaxing weekend, and I’ll happily be returning in the future.

The Cotford is an absolutely lovely hotel, lovingly refurbished by the owners; who were an absolute delight. They could not do enough for us and seemed to be alays on hand if anything was required. All of the staff were friendly and professional, with a special mention to the front of house, Ellie. I booked a standard double, (the cheapest room available) and although it was rather on the small size it was perfectly adequate for what my husband and I wanted. It was beautifully decorated and the shower room was plenty big enough to house all of my make up and toiletries!!. There was tea and coffee making facilities in the room with some lovely biscuits. The grounds of the hotel are very well kept with a lovely outside seating area for those wishing to partake of a refreshing drink al fresco. The hotel is perfectly situated near the town centre and is a very pleasant walk of 7 minutes. All in all my husband had a perfectly wonderful stay. Thank you all.

We had another amazing stay at this wonderful hotel. We are always made to feel so welcome by Barbara, Chris and Ellie. The food is just delicious. The rooms are spotless and have everything you need. We always look forward to our trips to Malvern and have booked again for Christmas (the Christmas dinners are to die for by the way!).

Visited for an anniversary celebration meal and stayed the night. It's a wonderful hotel, full of character and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Its not often that I can find nothing negative to say about a hotel, but that's certainly the case with this one The attention to detail that is apparent in the upkeep and furnishings in the hotel is excellent. It has a very cosy atmosphere and it's a beautiful building both internally and externally. There was a great menu for dinner with good choices as well as a great drinks menu including a very good array of Gins. Breakfast was also excellent with great choices and options Its not an inexpensive hotel for sure, but the experience is well worth paying for. We stayed in the Bishops room (which apparently WAS the bishops room when he resided there) with a four poster bed Only a few minutes walk to Malvern Town centre, all in all a great nights stay.

Went as a group of 4friends having researched best places to eat in Malvern.This place certainly exceeded reviews and we had an amazing.evening.Food was delicious portions and flavours were perfect. Staff had the right tempo of delivery ,were friendly and welcoming Cannot fault anything.Thankyou!

Superb location and a very well presented Hotel. Excellent staff and dynamics give a warmth and reassurance to guests. By booking was direct with the hotel and dealt with by the owner. Unfortunately I was working so arrived late and left early but noted how full the restaurant was on the night time. The menu looked excellent and I suspect it wasn't just residents dining which says a lot. To top it off I had a tray continental breakfast waiting for me at 0700 on a Sunday morning with fresh milk sealed in a cool flask, orange juice, cereal and croissant. Attention to detail was obvious. Thoroughly recommended and look forward to attending again but this time with more time on my hands as ideal location for Malvern and surrounding beautiful countryside.

We had a wonderful family Sunday lunch at the Cotford Hotel. Everything was perfect from the service, the food and the atmosphere. There are not many places left like this any more - a real gem and we are so lucky to have it in Malvern. Thank you
