The staff were friendly. Easy and quick checkin. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good with a lot of options. Would definitely stay there again.

Easy access, clean and friendly. Noise from upstairs guests. Not enough blankets on the bed. Noisy fan on heating unit.

The place is in a sketchy area, the front desk staff is rude and will deny your stay if someone is from Montana. The place smells like malt liquor and cigarettes, and the wait time will to get checked in is rather certainly long.

I was denied being able to stay here due to I am a local? After showing my ID I was told I couldn’t stay there cause I had a drivers license that said I was from the same city and ask them just cancel the reservation then and they told me I had to cancel it where I booked it from. So tried to cancel on this app and was told I couldn’t cause it was non refundable. Huge BS scam

An old property that needs maintenance. The door peephole was stuffed with tissue, the neighborhood was sketchy

Room was average but clean, other than the bathroom had some cosmetic issues (wallpaper falling off, stains in tub, drain missing from tub). Area was great and close to the shopping we came to town for. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The area where the property is located did feel very safe. Drove up to the parking and immediately noticed the windows were very dirty. Asked the onsite manager to see the room before before checking in, fearing a lack of cleanliness, and he refused to let us see the room prior to checking in. We walked away and went somewhere else.
