This is a great airport hotel. You need to get a hotel shuttle bus which you will need to pay. The room was new, spacious and clean. Breakfast was buffet style with both continental and full English options. Room temperature was fully automatic and adjustable. There is a gym but it was under maintenance when I was there. The shower was powerful enough with clean towels, shower wash and body lotions provided. I also found the room very quiet and well insulated. Overall, a good hotel for short stay.

Arrived in the early hours after a delayed flight. Reception staff were friendly and efficient.
Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Extremely quiet considering this hotel sits at the end of the runway.
Breakfast very plentiful and staff friendly.
Would highly recommend this hotel and use it again while travelling from Stanstead.

everything is not bad, except the pick up/ drop off bus service. If you don't have a car, you might take the bus to hotel or airport. And the price is 4 pound per time, which is a extremely expensive price. You will only take 10 mins bus between airport to hotel.

Standard stay at the Novotel. You get what you pay for. The staff are very friendly and shuttle bus service is great.

Novotel is amazing stay, we have flight early morning this is best hotel to stay and take your next flight. And yaa bus shuttle service is really awesome it comes to the door of Novotel. We enjoyed a lot and nice hospitality when it comes to food. Only 8 pound transfer fee two way is you have to pay.

Standard airport hotel. The room had a problem with cleanliness but they changed it with no fuss.
The shuttle to Stansted costs £4, but you can walk 3 minutes to the official long stay car park to take a free bus from there

The room was comfortable and clean, but, despite what it is written in the description, the hotel is nowhere near the airport exit. It would be an hour by feet. There is a shuttle, but it is absolutely expensive: 4£ per person to go to the hotel and 4£ per person to return. Considering also that the only train to London Center (47$ round trip ticket for two people) departs from the airport, the cost is even higher…

We needed to use Ryan Air ( dreading return) for flight to be at Stanstead Airport. We decided the reasonable priced Novotel close to Airport. However, it far enough that a cab right would have cost £25 each way. We gladly took a shuttle for £4 ea way for each person. Just 10 min ride and bus comes goes every 30 min. We where happy the hotel informed us the shuttle starts at 3 AM, we had enough time to get to airport on time.
The check in was fairly easy and quick. We asked if a sauna be at hotel, sadly only a gym. The room was exceptional clean, matress excellent and towels spotless like the linen later even crisp. Good choice. Had dinner at the hotel restaurant. A bit pricy like all of London and particular at an Airport Hotel, however, both dishes where outstanding, much so to let the staff know. Getting up at 2:15, had coffee ( tea) provided in room, easy check out just dropping key cards into lockbox and made the 3 AM Shuttle. I can highly recommend the hotel, service and restaurant. Definitely worth the money.
