"Grande posizione, bella passeggiata intorno al lago e nelle vicinanze forestali. Il personale è amichevole e il servizio è buono. Le camere sono antiquate e potrebbero fare con molta modernizzazione, purtroppo, non è nemmeno in parità con alcuni alloggi di viaggio. Le pareti sono vuote, così si possono sentire rumore e voce dalle camere vicine. Le camere non brillano pulite, si ottiene quello che si aspetta di un hotel 3 stelle. La colazione è semplicemente ok. Overall, if you’re looking for a stopover for the night and want to wake up to beautiful views then definitely book a room with a view and not the standard room which may end up overlooking the A2. Abbiamo prenotato una stanza sul lago, che era stata assegnata al secondo piano e la vista era molto bella."

"Let us down big time, trying to book a wedding after party here, strung along saying yes we can do this and confirmed menu options and how many people. Speaking to them through email, tried to called but never answered, messaged at the beginning of june. Confirming all the plans. Today we called only to be told that august is the busiest month and over 350 people a day in august, I’m surprised as customers are never guaranteed especially this day and age. They couldn’t afford to shut the kitchen down for an hour for us. They’ve just lost £800 booking and food and drinks on tops which WAS guaranteed. Waste of time."
