Come stay in a beautifully remodeled home located near the historic downtown of Grass Valley. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee across the street or take a nice stroll into town to experience the home town shops. This house comes with all the amenities you need to feel at home. Cook in a brand new kitchen and enjoy a sweet beverage on the deck. This charming house is filled with new memories, but maintains its old charm! The space The downstairs has a beautiful master bedroom suite and a large open concept living space and kitchen. If additional guests need to stay they can use the upstairs with two beds and 1 full bath. Guest access Feel free to use any of the kitchen amenities. Coffee is provided with the coffee maker. Everything is up to date and ready to use! There is Dish Network with the TV which has access to a wide variety of channels. Interaction with guests Feel free to give me a call or text at (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Preferably between 7 AM and 10 PM.About pets:No pets allowed.About children:Adults only.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

Great location, very clean. Perfect for my father and I enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice house Could use some updating but it was nice house. Good Location and plenty of parking if you need it. Only thing is the stairs were very steep. Probably not idea for anyone elderly.

Great Property We enjoyed our stay although the showerheads need the limiters removed so that you can get more than a dribble.

Graduation We came to Grass Valley because both granddaughters were graduating from college. We needed a place for all of us to gather and share a meal. This location was perfect. We were able to walk most places and enjoy good restaurants. Would use this location again.
