This place is a jewel. Spotlessly clean and with all creature comforts, friendly hosts and fabulous breakfasts. The beds are also very comfortable. We felt very much at home here and look forward to returning some time in the future. There are so many thoughtful little details to ensure that you feel comfortable. Excellent.

This was our second visit to this fantastic guest house,where hosts Rachel&Mike make you feel so welcome.The rooms are large and well appointed,and very clean.The breakfast menu offers a varied choice,which is cooked to perfection.Situated 5 mins walk from the town centre,it offers an ideal base to explore the Western Lakes.Thankyou for a lovely stay..Andy,Angela & Matthew xx

Lovely accommodation and a really lovely stay. The rooms are a delight and the breakfast is freshly cooked in the morning. Rach and Mike are wonderful hosts and nothing is too much trouble. The House is easy walking distance to the shops in the town and also the beautiful Prom. My sister and I loved it so much, we booked again, as soon as we returned home ☺️

Excellent. Stayed for 3 nights over new year whilst visiting family. Good location and rooms very clean and well equipped. In fact the whole of the property is extremely well maintained and tastefully appointed Breakfast home cooked and no request a problem for these excellent hosts. Longtime since I’ve stayed in a B&B and to be honest wasn’t sure what to expect but didn’t need to worry with this gem of a find

Lovely B&B with parking, short walk to town shops and restaurants. Good recommendations for places to eat. Great choice at breakfast both full English and other options. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The room was nice and well equipped with tea / coffee.

Excellent place, fantastic breakfast, spotless rooms and very friendly hosts. Really glad we chose here. The location is great for cycling or walking in the Lakes or chilling near to the beach. Great views over the estuary, cycle storage and off road parking.

Lovely bed and breakfast. Great location and superb service. Very clean and owners are very friendly and helpful. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast and facilities in the room like coffee, tea, hairdryer, extra pillows, blanket, usb charging point. Seating area, TV, soap, shampoo, towels available in the room. Great view over the bay. Short walk away from the centre and promenade. Fresh milk available for your tea/coffee in your room, kept in a fridge on the landing, really great idea. Very clean overall. Great stay

Amazing place to stay. Hosts Rach and Mike were so welcoming and friendly. Breakfasts were delicious and immaculately presented with so much choice. The room had stunning views over the Bay and had everything you needed and more. Superb selection of teas in the room along with coffee, hot chocolate, water and biscuits. Lovely toiletries in the bathroom. The layout of the room was just perfect with a couch to sit and relax on. We had a fabulous time and will definitely be back.

Just back from a beautiful few days with Rach and Mike at Corner Beech House. The house is in such a great spot for exploring Grange and the Lakes. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. We were lucky enough to have a room with a stunning view too! The breakfast is 10/10! We will definitely be back!
