Great downtown location!!! Home was centrally located to all downtown activities. Just a block away from the farmers market which was a nice treat! Parking was plenty. Home was tastefully decorated, clean, and well stocked with amenities. Beds were comfortable and nice that there were multiple KING size beds vs full/ queen.

Great house for family We rented this property for the weekend as a family to attend a wedding. The location was near a farmers market and food/coffee shops which was great for walking but the house the road is on is a bit busy with cars. Parking wasn’t an issue for us though. The house was exactly what we needed for the weekend and gave us plenty of space. I do think the house could benefit from a deep clean and some landscaping. There was quite a bit of leaves/foliage in the driveway and backyard. Overall the stay was great.

Excellent home We loved our visit at Lexi’s rental. There were 4 of us visiting and the property was perfect. The location was great and was close to great restaurants, The Meijer Gardens and the Zoo. I highly recommend this property for anyone interested in a great place to stay while exploring Grand Rapids.

Beautiful Fall Weekend in East Grand Rapids Stayed at this property with friends for a wedding weekend – it comfortably slept the whole group, looked exactly like the photos, and was in a great location – walkable to Mad Cap coffee and other cute shops. Lexi was very communicative and check-in was a breeze! Thanks for a lovely visit to GR.

Fun location in East GR Got great restaurant recs from our host - Linear for dinner, San Chez for lunch We walked on Saturday around the corner to a great farmers market and coffee shops 5 minutes from the property.
