Propane Grill is available for use during the Summer season. Our townhome is in a safe, quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking. We are just a short drive from many local attractions, including restaurants and hospitals. ☞ 5 minutes to Colorado Mesa University and St. Marys Hospital ☞ 8 minutes to Down Town Grand Junction ☞ 15 minutes to Palisade Wine Country While the house can host a maximum of 8 people, we recommend 5 - 6 as the perfect group size. We're happy to host all 8, but remember, it will be a little cozier. -- GUEST ACCESS -- Guests can access the entire townhouse with one driveway parking spot and three additional parallel parking spots at the back of the property. Keyless entry at the front and back of the property. We have one security camera on the front side of the property facing the driveway and one on the rear side facing the back gate. They will be on during your stay. -- ADDITIONAL DETAILS -- *HOA maintains the front and back yard on Thursdays during the spring and summer. *Evaporative Cooler is turned off from November to May. We de-winterize after Mother's Day to avoid late freeze.
