Close to the malls and near Highway 281 for easy access. The home is a 1950's style but the interior has been recently painted and the hardwood floors have been refinished to their natural beauty! Additional amenities include: clothes washer & dryer and gas grill, just perfect for a relaxing bbq! Dog friendly. Contact me for directions or recommendations. Nice quiet Location. Clean, Well stocked with supplies. Host was very easy to get a hold of and accommodating. Nice place to stay! Will stay there again 10 out of 10 in my book!!!!

Ok
We hadn't seen on the listing that this is a duplex so that was an unwanted surprise. The beds were comfortable and clean, but the kitchen was not well stocked with utensils. The neighborhood was noisy.

Cute little comfy home
Loved it, felt like home we have kids from 1-13 and they loved it and yes big enough for all of us even with two rooms cute retro features and great communication as well. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Great location too.

Great location. Easy to get around in Grand Island.

Amazing House
The house was very clean and had all the essential necessities. This will definitely be a place we stay at when we come visit our family.

Aksarben stay
We stayed at this property during the Aksarben livestock show. Property was just as described. Nothing fancy but we were only there to sleep and shower. We did have trouble getting in and out of the property with the lock box on the front door. If that process could be streamlined a bit it would be all 5 stars!

Will stay again
Al's place was perfect for our stay. Nice quiet neighborhood , clean and comfortable and check in was very easy. We will definately stay there again.
