Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Appleton

這簡直就是極差酒店：房間有味道，極其小，服務態度也不好，還沒有人打掃衞生，隔音很差，晚上炒的不行！

We stayed while in town last weekend and on Saturday found bed bugs in our room. Very shocking. Beds very old and uncomfortable as well.

It was ....ok The building definitely needs updating. Theres pealing paint in several places . The toilet in our room took for ever to flush . The timer for the hot tub didnt work . We were in there for almost an hour and it didnt shut off . There were lip prints on our window .there was mold on the refrigerator seal .

We found several items that were not to our liking. The toilet did not flush properly, The sink drain did not close, The main entry was not finished, there was no threshold plate at the doorway so if you were using the luggage cart it had to be lifted to get in the door. The hotel just felt tired and we will not be going back again. This was the second time we have been there and the first time we thought the condition was due to a change in ownership but I'm not sure anymore. We thought the building was undergoing renovation but since the entryway is still in the same condition it is now evident that this was not the case. The staff was polite and helpful, but when we reported the problems with the room there was no attempt made to correct the problems. Hopefully the room received some attention after we left.

Dirty, unsafe, cops were there lots, had to pay extra for shampoo and conditioner

Staff friendly accommodating just makes it a great experience.
