Controllare era senza problemi. Non aspettare la stanza. La barbecue era il posto migliore per mangiare sull'isola. Salva qualche dollaro e rimane qui contro l'Occidente. Puoi usare tutte le strutture di Westin e anche riscattare la tua stanza a Sunshine. È a circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia ma c'è un posto sushi, un bar sportivo, un negozio di yogurt e un negozio di liquore tutto in viaggio. Piscina è bello e caldo. Le camere sono confortevoli con attrezzature di lavoro. Ci sarebbe rimasto qui di nuovo

Amo questo hotel 😭😭😭 come ci sono belle spiagge all'interno dell'hotel, una bella piscina lì, e un delizioso ristorante!! 😭😭 e c'è performance musicale a notte (lo amo davvero)!! Il personale ci sono solo così utile!! Come il nostro viaggio di snorkeling di Stingray è stato cancellato dall'agente che abbiamo prenotato, ma poi il capitano in giri di sole cayman sono solo SOOOO utile, e ci ha aiutato a chiamare un altro agente all'interno dell'isola caymana, e finalmente facciamo un viaggio di Stingray prima di lasciare 😭😭 siamo assolutamente grati per questo!! In generale l'esperienza è solo soooo buono per me e i miei FRD, e mi consiglierei assolutamente questo hotel!!

My stay here was an enjoyable experience due to the hotel's amazing amenities (pool, Rooftop dining, etc.). I would like to especially compliment Sampathd from In Room Dining (IRD) who was friendly, accommodating, and professional as he would always deliver my dinner promptly as well as make sure I was happy with my order and also take the time to chat with me about my stay at the hotel and experiences on the island and recommend places I could go and try, He is a real asset to the hotel. In addition to Sampathd from IRD I would also like to point out that Steven from the Barta Bar by the poolside was also very courteous and pleasant to interact with as he was very prompt in taking my order and delivering my food poolside. The two of them Sampathd from IRD and Steven from the Barta Bar truly made my stay at the hotel a truly wonderful experience and I look forward to revisiting the Cayman Islands and staying at Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman in the future.

My family and I went to Grand Cayman in August. I am so happy that I chose this resort. Hands down, a 10 rating from us. From the moment we arrived, we were treated amazing. Nataly checked us in and although our room was not ready, we walked around, ate at Coccoloba and waited until around 3:30pm when the room was finally ready. We were exhausted. Although we had a nice room, I wish we would have been offered a complimentary room upgrade as the resort really did not appear so full, but we were not. Maybe next time. The resort is immaculate, the food amazing and the worker incredible. From the doormen, to housekeeping, front desk, pool towel guys, etc., everyone was just great. One person that stands out and I must mention is Laszlo, the morning manager at Ave. This man could not do enough for us. He epitomizes the title of manager. The resort is so lucky to have him. Another person that stood out was Mo from the towel hut at the pool and beach. He was so attentive and so nice. Another gem for the resort. We did not encounter one bad meal during our stay. The Library is top notch, such a nice, relaxing atmosphere. My husband said he had the best Old Fashion there. We also went into town and ate at Pepper's (totally recommend) and Ragazzi (totally recommend) My birthday was amazing, we did the Stingray tour and it was a once in a lifetime experience. All in all an unforgettable trip and we are looking forward to returning soon. The only downside, and I hate to say this - is that in the rooms they stock up the fridge with different things that if you are not paying attention when your bags are dropped off and listen, you will miss the part where they tell you that whatever you take from that fridge, you will be charged for. Now I totally understand being charged for alcohol, but water..? Come on, that's a bit much and that is the only thing that I found negative. Yes, they offer water stations at the pool and beach, plus free sunscreen (total plus), but a person should not have to collect water from these places to bring up to their room. Water in the rooms should not be something a guest has to pay for. Especially since the resort is pretty expensive as is.
