The staffs are very accommodating and friendly. The room is clean. There are water stations everywhere. Food is excellent too.

Outstanding! From arrival to check out! We were greeted with drinks and cool towels, the rooms are beautiful. The staff is the nicest the most attentive , they could not do enough for you . I will be staying again , they are wonderful! The food was great , and the views are amazing .

The experience at this hotel exceptional from the moment you set foot at the front entrance and unfortunately have to leave for the airport. The suites are well designed and the staff truly understand great customer service. The pool area is beautiful and allows for quiet relaxation. You will not be disappointed. Only feedback is to place the safe on a lower shelf (some guests are short) and equip the suites with wine glasses, plates and cutlery to compliment the microwave.

We had an amazing time at hotel indigo. The cleanest hotel ever been in. The hotel interior design is visually appealing. They upgraded us for free to harbor view room. The rooms were spacious. The staff were all very nice, polite, and helpful. The food in the restaurants at the hotel were so delicious. We ate at Catalina for breakfast each morning amazing service and tasty food. The dinner at Catalina was very good and felt like at culinary. Karin at Catalina was awesome he gave us tips. We also ate at Pom Pom roof top we reserved to sit outside it was really nice. The food was good and it was unique as well. The beach like 5 minute walk and sister hotel is close but staff will take you over in golf cart.

From the moment you step inside this hotel, they treat you like you are their only guest. The service is top-notch. Everything is brand new, the rooms are immaculately, clean, and excellent. The food is great, the weight staff is amazing particularly Mark and Daniella. Every staff member greets you with a smile and goes out of their way to make you feel special. The beach is excellent, the pool is great, overall a wonderful experience you will not regret staying here.

My husband and I spent 5 days at Hotel Indigo and our time there far exceeded any expectation we had leading up to the trip. We were consistently greeted throughout the day by staff who you could tell truly loved their job and were happy to be there. The property is beautiful and well maintained, the pool is relaxing and within close proximity to the beach. The king suite was incredible. Every meal, including room service, was delicious and fresh and the Sunday brunch was amazing!! During our stay, we even decided to book a return trip for early 2025 to bring our two small children. Thank you so much to Mac, Paul, Rodnel, Willy, Rebecca and every other employee I forgot to mention. We can’t wait to see you again in a few months!!

Top notch hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Brand new hotel opened weeks ago, so everything is modern and working without any issues. Location is right in the middle of seven miles beach. Highly recommend. Restaurants are high class with delicious food options. Great service.

On arrival the amazing staff took our luggage and parked the car. Miguel and Paul extremely pleasant. Once at the front desk for check in the staff came out with cold towels a non alcoholic drink for the kids and a light alcoholic drink for the adults. Even through check in was not until 4 they had the room ready with amazing views ready at 2pm. Every turn the staff very friendly. Rooms extremely clean and well appointed. Only 1 negative item was the missing microwave and need for a slightly bigger refrigerator. Beds are comfortable rooms are nicely appointed no matter the room you have a view. The front desk staff Mary Grace and Clara have been amazing in everything including dealing with a flat tire on the rental car.

Our stay at Hotel Indigo Cayman was truly memorable! The welcoming and friendly staff made us feel right at home. We loved the water filters available for filling our bottles—a thoughtful touch! Bonny Moon and the beach staff were exceptional, and the pool area was fantastic, with friendly and attentive staff. Dining at Catalina and Pom Pom was a delight; the food was delicious, and the staff was incredibly kind. The gym facilities were well-equipped, and the front office team, along with the concierge, went above and beyond, even assisting with our car rental. It felt like a family atmosphere, and we genuinely didn’t want to leave. Looking forward to coming back in the future!
