Pensión Los Montes

My staying was NOT OK and there were not only one, but many, serious issues. The main one is that what you see advertised, is not what you get. Firstly, the ad images didn't show that rooms (all of them) lean over a blind courtyard, where you have your neighbors windows right in front of yours, 3 mts away. The problem is that the room (all of them) doesn't have translucid curtains, but a blackout. So you have to choose to have daylight and see/be seen by your neighbor or have some privacy and be completely in darkness, as much as staying in a blind basement. Moreover when you finally draw the blackout, from time to time, what you see is a dirty courtyard storing debris bags. (see pics) The TV didn't work. may be because it was so old that it didn't even have HDMI connection. I've called the manager and as a solution I've got an “I can't go and help you, I'm alone in the front desk". In Summary. You have the impression, not to be in a hostel, but to have fallen into a deaf, blind piece of tourist product, where there is none out there, except to get your credit card number. Update: Before posting this review, respectful and merely exposing facts and pictures, the owner started bullying me, and putting in doubt what I said, that do I confirm word by word:To answer the owner: Regretfully, I've extended 1 day of my staying ON CHECK-IN, BEFORE seeing the depressing little room we were confined to. A fact which I still deeply regret, I'm only posting this to warn the traveler's community not to make the mistake I've made by visiting this horrible place that totally ruined my holidays.

Un hostal o pensión medio aceptable,la noche me salió por 50€ por booking.com.La 1 pega que le pongo es que la llave de la habitación la tienes que coger en otro lugar diferente,2 calles más atrás.La 2 pega es el ruido,están mal insonorizadas las habitaciones y se escucha cualquier puerta cerrar,cañerías bajando y tal y la última pega que le pongo y más importante es que cuando llegamos de cenar fuimos a darnos un baño y no había agua caliente,no había forma de contactar con nadie ya que la recepción que está en otro lugar está disponible hasta las 22:00.Resulta que está mañana al entregar las llaves lo comentamos y nos dijo que efectivamente anoche se estropeó una caldera y lo arreglaron está mañana,que habláramos con *********** para una compensación y ahora *********** me dice que la propiedad dice que ahí agua caliente y no quieren hacer compensación ninguna.Lo unico bueno que tiene es su ubicación por que esta en pleno centro de la ciudad.La verdad que no iré nunca más a esta propiedad,por muy barato que sea no compensa por que después tienes problemas como el del agua caliente y no se hacen cargo.
