Hotel in zona Snowland, Gramado

Hospedagem excelente. Padrão dos quartos elevado. Quartos amplos com 2 dormitórios, cama super confortável e banheiro enorme com ducha e banheira.

Bellissimi hotel, tutti molto educati e premurosi, ottima posizione, regali squisiti... Insomma, lo consiglio vivamente!

L'hotel è buono, ha ampie strutture, cura del cuore, camere ben pulite, ma deve migliorare molto in alcuni punti: - dobbiamo passare i vestiti e l'hotel non ha fornito ferro e non ha nemmeno servizio di lavanderia. - Ci siamo chiesti la camera gemella, ma quando siamo arrivati, la camera era con letto matrimoniale... siamo riusciti a risolvere, ma è stato molto disgustoso, perché eravamo molto stanchi dopo un viaggio molto lungo. - Il caffè mattinale molto debole. Pani vecchi, alcuni cibi apprezzati del giorno precedente, succo d'arancia molto male. - Il doccia molto instabile, mentre la temperatura era piacevole, viene da nulla un jet d'acqua molto caldo o troppo freddo. Prendendo questi piccoli contratempo, voglio sottolineare che il team dell'hotel è sempre cordiale e molto chiede di soddisfare le nostre richieste. Evidenziare per Victoria, la accogliente molto simpatica.

Ottimo hotel!! L'unico punto negativo è l'accesso alla piscina. Molto cattivo. O vc attraversa tutto il parcheggio all'interno dell'hotel o vc attraversa fuori per arrivare alla reception per prendere l'ascensore fino alla piscina. In altre parole, nei giorni freddi e congelati, deve passare fuori di abbigliamento davanti a ogni ricevimento dell'hotel.

We realized this is the low end of this growing chain of hotels in the city. Upon entering the lobby is freshly decorated and the staff was polite but things got worse as our days continued. We were waiting in the lobby for our ride when a young man approached us about a discount for looking at their newest property. Now, I'd understand this except for the fact that this property is in need of care. Our bedroom had broken lights, drapes that did not close all the way, a shower that the floor needed repair on, and a room that was in general need of a redo. I went to breakfast and discovered the bee hive where our young man selling the new property came from. As I was chased down the hall by another young man trying to sell me another visit to thier showroom, I managed to get by but decided to skip breakfast not wanting to be engaged a third time by the gang that has base camp outside the dining room. How unpleasant. Worst of all, there is a separate beauty shop in the lobby. My wife needed to get her nails done. She made an appointment letting them know she was a hotel guest. Thier system was down as she booked for the next morning. As you can guess, they had no recollection or record of the appointment and told my wife they were booked solid. When my wife asked to see the owner or manager, she was unavailable but, the girl who booked her appointment appeared. In a wave and com'on, she begrudgingly attempted to take my wife back to do her nails. My wife said, ”not like that I'm not going without even an apology or sorry.” The front desk of this hotel, when asked about a restaurant recommendation, looking confused said, ”oh, a place to eat, uhmmmm, I guess I could look and see.” Well done! I guess we won't be back and we certainly won't be booking at your biggest and newest. We needed a place to get our work done and you provided a slop house with your sales people running around bothering everyone at a hotel you run in need of repairs and remodeling. Well done! If you Google, ”great sales techniques,” you'll find under what not to do, this entire hotel as an example including business you allow to mistreat your guests. There are plenty of places to stay in Gramado, pass on this one and the partner chain hotels unless they are the only one left. The good reviews are apperantly from when closer to the time the hotel was built. Build em and abandon them! Excellent strategy folks.

Hotel top. Da quanti conosco, questo ha superato le nostre aspettative, semplicemente perfetto in tutto. Super raccomandazione! Conto regressivo per tornare a questo hotel meraviglioso. Attenzione nota mille. Abbiamo avuto un'ottima ricezione e con un dettaglio che ha fatto la differenza, una spugna di benvenuto alla mia famiglia.

Tudo muito bom... Estrutura ótima, chales com calefação e ótimas camas, aconchegante. Piscina aquecida ótima para crianças, como campinho de futebol. Café da manhã delicioso. Mas o campeão foi o espaço com fogueiras, ótimo para um vinho com amigos ou família ou um chimarrão. Grato pela ótima experiência.

Chegamos e fomos super bem atendidos. Todos funcionários são bastante carismáticos e prestativos. A única coisa que não tornou perfeita a estadia é a cama do quarto. São dois colchões de solteiro juntados. O que tornava o sono um pouco desconfortável. De resto, tudo perfeito

L'hotel è meraviglioso! La qualità e la cura sono ottimali. Ci sono parcheggio in loco e aree esterne con le case per godere del freddo all'aperto. Durante i fine settimana, sono offerte attività interattive per adulti. Non c'è spazio, Kids, ma l'hotel è ben organizzato per ricevere bambini nelle camere. La decorazione è bellissima e ci sono diversi spazi per la socializzazione. Tuttavia, la zona del ristorante è un po 'piccola per il numero di ospiti. È possibile avere un certo aspettare all'ora di picco del caffè mattina. La camera è meravigliosa, ma l'audio non è una delle migliori. Come nella maggior parte degli hotel. Certamente torneremo!
