Soprattutto i lavoratori stranieri hanno una qualità relativamente bassa dei servizi ai clienti, hanno difficoltà a capire cosa diciamo e cosa vogliamo.Il personale insufficiente nei servizi alimentari e la loro energia è scarsa.Non aspettare molto, soprattutto nella musica nelle animazioni. Non ha avuto un'influenza di prezzo cosi' alta.

Siamo venuti in hotel per 4 notti per le vacanze. Le dimensioni e le strutture dell'hotel sono molto belle, ma mia moglie, che il primo giorno ha bevuto birra aperta, non ha potuto lasciare la stanza per 2 giorni e si è ammalata. Mio figlio ed io abbiamo sviluppato allergie perché il polline degli alberi non è stato pulito adeguatamente. Abbiamo risolto avvisando l'hotel, ma la nostra vacanza è stata rovinata. Grazie a noi, è stato un bene per molte persone. Non servivano birra aperta e le stanze e i mobili venivano puliti accuratamente ogni giorno. Il personale era molto buono, erano tutti molto gentili e disponibili. Le camere erano belle ma alcuni ascensori erano remoti e non funzionavano, quindi abbiamo dovuto camminare molto.

Ottimo hotel a 5 stelle con eccellenti servizi estremamente pulito buona cucina che ricorda vagamente il sud Italia per le verdure per il pesce e per i dolci si può bere e mangiare qualsiasi cosa senza nessun problema il servizio bar è attivo 24 ore su 24 la spiaggia è molto bella piena di lettini con un interessante sistema di pensiline che evitano il fastidioso aprire e chiudere gli ombrelloni il mare è limpido e merita il titolo di Costa turchese l'animazione non è invadente ma estremamente presente peccato che non ci sia neppure un italiano sicuramente un posto da tenere presente lode particolare alla pulizia sia delle camere che delle parti comuni che della cucina tornerei sicuramente

L'hotel è ok. Il cibo è vario, ci sono molti ristoranti. I due bar hanno sempre fornito cocktail. Il personale era costantemente amichevole e accogliente. Le camere erano spaziose e pulite. Vorrei sottolineare i massaggi di Irfan. Sono un medico di massaggio, ho molta esperienza in questo campo, non ho mai incontrato un massaggiatore che possa individuare i problemi del cliente in un periodo così breve e poi trattarli con una vasta gamma di tecniche. Ha combinato l'estrazione linfotica, la terapia manuale, l'acpressione, TriggerPoint, la pietra calda, il massaggio thailandese, il massaggio di yoga passivo nel massaggio e nessuno dei cinque massaggi che ho ricevuto era come nessun altro. Allo stesso tempo, rileva qualsiasi tensione, libera qualsiasi blocco e permette ai chakra di fluire liberamente di nuovo. E' professionale, attento e rispettoso. Possiamo raccomandare i suoi massaggi senza prenotazione.

This is the third time staying at this hotel as we love it so much. Every member of staff is always warm and welcoming. We are always treated with such kindness and made sure that we have everything we need to make our stay perfect. We enjoyed all the food that is on offer and the facilities are great especially the spa and pavilion. There is a great variety of different activities throughout the day for adults and children there is also great entertainment in the evening with a show for all the family to enjoy and a party and live entertainment afterwards. Our room was lovely, comfortable and always clean. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

I was staying in Nirvana Mediterranean in mid-September, before that I had already been to another hotel of Nirvana Hotels - Cosmopolitan. Perhaps my vacation in Nirvana Mediterranean was the best one. The hotel itself has an atmosphere of relaxation and peace, and the surrounding magnificent nature guarantees maximum disconnection from all problems and a kind of reboot of mind. The territory of the hotel is very well maintained and just huge - there was no large crowd of people anywhere. It is also worth noting the laconic, but at the same time unique interior design. My only wish is to update the interior of the rooms, as it stands out from the general concept. The hotel's cuisine will not leave anyone indifferent - meat lovers, vegetarians, sweet tooth and even fruit lovers like me will surely find something for themselves here. I am very picky about food, but even I have always managed to find something suitable for me in every restaurant and enjoyed every dish. Special praise to the staff. There were always particularly pleasant employees in absolutely every zone of the hotel, who made our rest even more enjoyable. Obviously, this is the merit of the hotel management. Even the sellers of fur coats and water sports were very pleasant and not intrusive. I especially want to thank our personal assistants Sadav and Sevilla for very pleasant communication and attentive attitude. I thank the instructor in aerial yoga Burcu Koc - I didn't even imagine that I would like it so much! I recommend that all girls try to work out - there is nothing better than classes with the opportunity to just close your eyes and listen to the morning noise of the sea and the singing of birds, you won’t regret it. I thank the bartender at the beach bar - he is very attentive and maintains perfect cleanliness there, thanks to him I tasted Turkish raki with şalgam suyu. I thank animator Yulia - thanks to her I was able to try canoeing and danced bachata with pleasure. And especially I thank all the Fellini staff - all the employees are very friendly and always polite, particularly Cahid - he is the most attentive and accurate employee of the hotel I have ever met. I sincerely recommend this hotel to everyone. I am sure that next time I will choose it again for my vacation.

It was first timer in Turkey,and it's last.As i called just ''Russian paradise''... Personal didn't know English (knowing few basic phrases is not enough for saying that workers KNOW AND UNDERSTAND English laguage ).Even Russian is barely understandable... Only few persons can contact properly. FOOD: You can eat it but it's same everyday.Maybe few variants are diferent but all in all its not ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE.One of workers at dinner won't let bring two tables together(us was 6 persons,so its normal that we want have dinner together...) As answer i have rude swear like turkish phrases back(so well, they know languages as i understand,but only their).But for example guy who makes pita outside is cool and polite one(everyone can be like him ). BAR AND DRINKS:Variety of drinks is sad,almost all are locals,and not strong at all (i think because watering it down).Only one bartender from all hotel know how to work at bar.. (Sparkling wine always warm,same as wine,bartenders cant recognize fanta without syrup and just gives you that).Also you can forget to have for example double whiskey(i don't understand why bcause of their language skills).And what the hell limitations in ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE? For my luck the shop which is near not limitaded my drinks,and sold all i want. POOL AND SAUNA: Pool is clean,have a view at mountains.There are places to lay down.Sometimes lounge music which makes place perfect.Sometimes loud and local music( i underatand that hotel is in Turkey,but everyday same playlist,c'mon ).Sauna is cheap and dirty,not worth at all. ATTRACTIONS:Animations is for Russian speakers.So we don't understand their program till the end.Club schedule is similar,party with russian music was not for us also(live perfomance was also on Russian..).Pool table works few hours in a day,so everyone phisically imposible to play.Table tenis is open always,but it is kind of extreme game (slippery around like on ice). SEA:A lot of stones,must have footwear for swimming,then be there is kind of possible,Jumping bridge is waving because maded from plastic(photo of hotel with bridge which is showed is not true).We tried to go there and understood that theybare of other hotels.But in all it's ok be near seaside. HOTEL:Room looks like good,fresh ,but made from paper(you will hear neighbours from all sides,also club party till late night.Cleaning was not bad,but didnt have any fill ups of shower gel,conditioner(we have our own,but oh well,ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE,magbe its normal). OVERALL:By stars its maximum barely 3.Ultra all inclusive is just all inclusive.If you know Russian,you will be happy,maybe.Don't recommend.Better pay little bit more and find another place :))
