Mirage Park Resort-Ultra All Incl.

We have been there for 9 days, big and beautiful resort. Everything seems to be perfect at the first day, when you enter in your room you found dirty wc, bad surprize for the first time. The next day noone come to clean even you put the label in the door. So we called reception 2 times and the cleaning was minimalist, not a accurate cleaning. Definitely cleaning isn't their strong point. They need improvements, public toilets smells of urine, dirty all the time. Such a pity for a huge and super beautiful resort. Food was over the average, like all resort in Antalya, in depends on personal taste, good ice-creams, taste baklava, beverages good. Entertainments were ok. Kids will never get annoyed. They have place to go and play. Only disco stays open after 12AM, all the bars even lobby bar closes at 00:00. So if you want to stay in a cool place you have no chances. In conclusion it has everything, but limited in small and particular things. But the green and trees here can give relax moments for all family. They should consider the cleaning fact. We were 3 family and share the same opinion about this.

Clean room, beautiful and green environment, great restaurant with delicious food, which is also different and fresh every day, drinks are all original branded drinks including juices and alcoholic drinks, the internal pool is fantastic smooth and clean, outdoor polls are warm, fun and clean with pool entertainment fun games. The beach is well organized with beds, the sand is bit stoney but water is clean most of the time. The beach inside sea is fast deeper than 1.5m so caution is advised. The hotel has life guards on pools and beach so the swimming is more comfort. The whole site of the hotel is big green park with many activities as archery, mini-golf, kid's play zone, dancing zones, etc. The night shows are fun and entertaining for kids and adults too. There is mini disco that is fun, kids club that works well. The service is on high level and organization in general is perfect from the beginning of a day to the midnight. Only bad stuff is low english knowledge of the staff , except reception, showman and individually some of the staff, but that was not a problem to be served well and entertained as guest, to have the one of the best summer vacation.

Just returned from 9 days at the Mirage Park Resort, our first visit to the hotel. Great first impressions as you walk into the beautiful reception, staff very helpful, check in was quickly dealt with. Our room was one of the more basic ones but clean and perfectly adequate, however the single bed was very poor. No proper mattress or bedframe, just a flat wooden base with 2 sofa style cushions and a bedsheet over it – about as non 5* as you could get. The only other comment worth mentioning regarding the beds was the peculiar sheet to sleep under on the double bed. Far too warm for a duvet, the air con worked well and kept the room nice and cool, but the sheet provided was the same dimensions as the mattress which in turn barely covered the two of us under it? Great pool options, our 5yr old loved the kids pool and small water slides, the older kids certainly seemed to enjoy the larger water slides. The animation team works hard to put on activities and there are plenty food option throughout the day – the main pool is very noisy however and the base from the speakers carries across to the other pools easily so don’t expect a quiet peaceful stay even in the so called quiet/family pools. Some of the rooms and corridors are in need of a lick of paint, very basic tlc stuff, it’s surprising when you see the care and expense that’s gone into the place that such basic maintenance hasn’t been carried out as standard. Later on the kids disco runs 8.45pm to 9.30pm, a tad later than ideal if honest, but the little ones all seemed to enjoy it as did our daughter. The evening shows was on 9.30-10.30, this included a huge mix of quality from genuinely impressive performances one night, to people leaving early the next night due to very average material. I believe the entertainment is on a 4 week rota so it’s plenty possible this could be better (or worse) if visiting the hotel another time. So 10.30pm, kids disco and evening show finished, lots of very tired kids and the vast majority of families heading to their rooms. You would expect the hotel to be calm and quiet, but no, the base picks up once again for the Moonlight Disco which goes on until after midnight before moving to an indoor nightclub. There is no getting away from the noise, fortunately our room was about as far away as it could be, but it’s loud and light sleepers are going to have a problem so bring ear plugs. The hotel next door also has loud music into the night so even booking mountain side, rather than pool side, isn’t going to get you a better quiter nights sleep. The Gluten Free buffet area is the main reason we chose to holiday here, a welcome relief from constantly worrying about eating out as we tend to prepare most of our own food at home, rarely eating out these days. Whilst in contrast to the main food hall it was naturally a far more limited selection, there was sufficient main course and dessert options so we were delighted. Everything was great, good food (gluten free restaurant and main also) clean room, all-you-can-ask-for facilities, loved the night shows indeed. Staff very friendly, willing to help and serve us. Location in Kemer also very nice, mountain view and relative close to the airport (45 min -1 hour distance). I will definetly come back, thank you very much for everything!
