Mirage Park Resort-Ultra All Incl.

We have just spent a week as a family group here. I want to extend our thanks to all staff who made our holiday such a enjoyable experience. We booked this hotel specifically for their gluten free restaurant as we have a child in family with Celiac Disease. The chefs were wonderful with selection of food available & made to order any requests. Rooms were nice, large & airy. Comfortable mattresses and pillows, not your usual flat lumpy ones. The entertainment team really were great fun & made our holiday even more fun for whole family. I want to thank the hotel & all it's staff for their hard work and making our family holiday such a fabulous experience. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We have been there for 9 days, big and beautiful resort. Everything seems to be perfect at the first day, when you enter in your room you found dirty wc, bad surprize for the first time. The next day noone come to clean even you put the label in the door. So we called reception 2 times and the cleaning was minimalist, not a accurate cleaning. Definitely cleaning isn't their strong point. They need improvements, public toilets smells of urine, dirty all the time. Such a pity for a huge and super beautiful resort. Food was over the average, like all resort in Antalya, in depends on personal taste, good ice-creams, taste baklava, beverages good. Entertainments were ok. Kids will never get annoyed. They have place to go and play. Only disco stays open after 12AM, all the bars even lobby bar closes at 00:00. So if you want to stay in a cool place you have no chances. In conclusion it has everything, but limited in small and particular things. But the green and trees here can give relax moments for all family. They should consider the cleaning fact. We were 3 family and share the same opinion about this.

Clean room, beautiful and green environment, great restaurant with delicious food, which is also different and fresh every day, drinks are all original branded drinks including juices and alcoholic drinks, the internal pool is fantastic smooth and clean, outdoor polls are warm, fun and clean with pool entertainment fun games. The beach is well organized with beds, the sand is bit stoney but water is clean most of the time. The beach inside sea is fast deeper than 1.5m so caution is advised. The hotel has life guards on pools and beach so the swimming is more comfort. The whole site of the hotel is big green park with many activities as archery, mini-golf, kid's play zone, dancing zones, etc. The night shows are fun and entertaining for kids and adults too. There is mini disco that is fun, kids club that works well. The service is on high level and organization in general is perfect from the beginning of a day to the midnight. Only bad stuff is low english knowledge of the staff , except reception, showman and individually some of the staff, but that was not a problem to be served well and entertained as guest, to have the one of the best summer vacation.
