NG Phaselis Bay

His hotel is outstanding, upon arrival to departing. The service throughout the hotel is superb. Friendly staff, hotel is so clean, food was amazing and buffet to see it all behind glass and served to you instead of helping yourself, I thought thats cleaver as some people just don’t care when picking food. Very high standard. We just can’t fault it in any way.

We knew this holiday was going to be particularly lovely but we really were impressed all round. The hotel really is amazing and situated in a beautiful setting with stunning views. Restaurants and bars are not over crowded with plenty (and sometimes too much) choice. The staff really go above and beyond, with a special mention to Kabeer and Omer who go the extra mile to ensure you have the best NG experience. Subtle attention to detail such as pillow menus, never ending Moët, along with lovely friendly and attentive staff (especially roller blading Nadir who looked after us so well) make this an all round amazing place. Would return in a heartbeat and can’t wait for our next visit

Amazing hotel from start to finish. Absolutely beautiful inside and out. Crystal clear waters, loved swimming out the the raft each day. Waterslides brilliant and our 6 year old daughter loved it. Food outstanding- all food served to you- perfect!!! Entertainment team are excellent- so friendly. We didn't leave the hotel for a week as we didn't need too. Patisserie and coffee shop was unbelievable. Spa was incredible and our daughter got to use the facilities too. Lots of extras and VIP treatment on our return journey through the airport- Thank you!! Would go back in a heart beat- 100% recommend. This was our 11th visit and we have been to many 5* Turkish hotels- this one by far was the best, even better than the Voyage in Belek!!!

Lovely resort with great views. Staff were all fantastic and very helpful. WhatsApp communication 10/10. Answered any question or request very quickly. Food very nice. Cocktails off the scale (even created ones not on the menu). There are some additional payments for some restaurants but the food was a level up so justified. We’ve been to many all inclusive resorts and most only have select drinks included but the range of included drinks here was fantastic. Entertainment was good. We did find this place seemed to be more Russian (we think ?) holidaymakers but not an issue for us.. The cleanliness at all times was of the highest standard.. The gym was without question the best we’ve seen at a resort and the spa was absolutely amazing.

Firstly the positives most of the staff are friendly especially those inside the restaurants and the beach, so the service is excellent on the most part. The ladies working at the omelette station always have a smile and are genuinely happy to see you. They always made my morning. The hotel grounds are well maintained. I like the fact they have premium branded drinks here. The view of the mountains is stunning. I like the high point of the tree where you can oversee the beach and the mountains. Also the secluded small beach is nice. I'd also like to thank Kabeer and Omer for the personal assistance and always striving to provide excellence in customer service tending to any requests, you should both be proud of yourselves you have truly mastered your skills and were approachable and personable. I would also like to thank Maria for her hard work and looking after her team, and ensure they provide great service and she cares for the guests. The highlight of the hotel was the service. The steak restaurant was great! Now, to the reason why I have given 3 stars. The food is truly awful! To the fact that I feel miserable going to eat. The food is bland, the meat is chewy, food is cold, and it is luke warm at best. There is mislabelling of food. For example, a family member of mine is vegetarian, things would be labelled such as stuffed aubergine when it contains meat. The same food is served every day rotated every few days, but 80% is the same. This means after trying dishes I eat the same dishes every day. Only a few dishes that are half decent. The cheese and breads are stale after sitting out for so long. If you are vegetarian you will struggle to find a variety of food. Menu items are not as described. The snack truck is terrible. I asked for veggie nachos and was given a plate of nachos crisps. So I then asked for the beef ones which just had beef on top of chips. No salsa, guacamole, cheese or anything like that. The hotel was kind enough to allow me to try the Al La Carte restaurants as I complained about the buffet food and I must say the steak was great. Unfortunately the Turkish restaurant was horrible. It was basically the same food from the buffet. This wasn't authentic Turkish food! I've been to Turkish restaurants in London that are a million times better than this. The food has no seasoning or flavour again. Whenever you visit another country the natuonal food tends to be great in the hotels but this was not, especially for a 5 star hotel its rather embarrassing. The Italian restaurant wasn't great either but better than the Turkish. The Barata was really good! The rest was below average. The entertainment for me was below par and average at best compared to other hotels in Turkey. The J Lo tribute was the best, but everything else was boring to the point I was nearly falling asleep. The live singing after was nice even though we had different singers they all sang majority of the same old songs. Now, to one thing that annoyed me. I
