Karmir Resort & Spa - Ultra All Inclusive

We are guests at the Karmir hotel. We are in room 1165. We arrived at the hotel at around 7 pm on 10th of Nov. Of course we didn’t pay for WiFi, because we are leaving the hotel at 6.30 am. But this night is special for us because we became grandparents. We nearly missed the moment when the little boy was born because of this. I absolutely protest that I had to pay for wifi!!! I know some hotels charge a premium for higher bandwidth use, which can be a necessary upgrade depending on certain guest needs, like video conferencing or streaming movies. But there are just few guests in the hotel! Wifi fees are particularly annoying because it costs the hotel almost nothing to give it to us, the guests. I think it's shady to charge your customers a fee for something that 90% of your customers use. I wouldn’t say a word if the hotel just adds the extra price for WiFi to the room price. Or if there is free wi-fi in the lobby. he free wi-fi in the lobby

We had the best time in this hotel with our family, all 15 of us. The views, the aesthetics, the food, the service. I loved the shops downstairs, spa, indoor pool, gym. The clothes were good quality and so affordable. They sell wifi for a reasonable fee, I do recommended this as SIM cards are expensive in Turkey. I would recommend this hotel for a couple or family holiday. I wouldn’t recommend for a group of friends unless the plan is to relax. However, there are activities you can book on get your guide which you will love. The beach is also opposite the hotel. This hotel would also be great for a wedding venue!

I am currently staying here with my partner. We are so impressed with this hotel. We upgraded our room, and it really is fabulous. The food is incredible. I've never seen so much food at an all-inclusive. Even if they served the same food every evening, you could have something different for 2 weeks or more. Snack bar is the perfect alternative at lunch time, burgers, pizza donner and fries. Drinks are strong! Not keen on the beer but the cocktails are strong and very tasty. Animation team are brilliant, and friendy Anistasia comes over to chat every day and they work so hard and are so friendly. The bar and restaurant staff are all lovely. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are cleaned well and we don't have a bad word to say about it. I've already told everyone back at home that have to visit. It's the best all inclusive we have stayed at in a long time. If you have booked you will have an in credible time. We still have a week left and I've never written a review before arriving back in the UK. This place really is amazing.

Hotel and entertainment team is great , food and restorant are very good also ,the rooms are very clean,highly recommended. The animation team is very good and friendly especially animator Osan !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had an amazing 7 nights 8 days holiday at Karmir hotel. We were 6 people (3 coming from Azerbaijan through Sema_tours check instagram) and from the United Kingdom. At the hotel there is always something for all age groups. Our parents did enjoy the best both entertainment and the territory of the hotel. Our 9 years old did not want to return at all as he enjoyed everything at the hotel specially the pool and the slides. specially we ourselves enjoyed the drinks, excellent food and the territory a lot. 1. Entertainment team - they were amazing, very energetic and kind people. Huge thanks for keeping us entertained all the day - Alina from Belaruss (she is just omg and never seemed tired) Oguzkhan ( he was so cool) Arujan, Denis, Arina, Onur and others were very kind and super lovely, and entertaining. We had yoga, pool gymnastics, many water activities, lovely hotel dance which will continue to dance at home ☺️ 2. Food. Big variety of meat, vegetables, fruit, pickles. They had a fish day and all were so tasty. The only thing needs to be developed is the juices ( it was hard to find fresh fruit juice). we had ultra all inclusive and food was more than enough. There were food corners in the territory that were operating some hours. We always find a great food throughout the day. 3. Bar/drinks, restaurants. They had great cocktails and other drinks. We tried gyn, tequila, vodka, aperol, raki, prosecco, white wine and all were great. 4. Staff. Staff were amazing and super fast specially Hamida, who helped us to celebrate a surprize bday at 11:50pm , Huseyn - who organized a very nice bday table for us in short time. All were Helpful and extremely kind. Everything was very well organized nithing was overlapping each other. 5. Hotel rooms and the territory. Rooms were clean nicely designed and was perfectly matched to our expectations. All toilets were well equipped and very clean despite being used constantly. 6. Pool, and slides. It was for all age groups always clean nit very crowded, water did not have a smell of chemicals and you always find emtpy seats. 7. Beach. As the hotel is located on the swcond rline we had 100-150 m walking distance and that was not a problem at all. The seaside has a little sand mostly rocks which was not so good but its not the hotels problem but rather the region is mainly rocky :) 8. Spa wellness. They had a great spa center (sauna, turkish hamam, steam room) very clean cozy and lovely staff. We used almost all treatments there. And also extra paid for massage packages for our parents they loved it very much. Overall, the hotel is great for its price performance. Hotels territory is not massive and we knew about this before booking. We would defenetely come back here again as we all were very satisfied and fully enjoyed our holiday
