Sono ormai 3 anni che vado in vacanza lì. L'hotel mi piace molto: - personale amichevole - zona pulita - Ottima scelta di piatti nel ristorante - Feste musicali decenti È meglio prendere stanze con vista sulle montagne 😵💫

Soprattutto la qualità del servizio clienti dei dipendenti stranieri è piuttosto bassa, hanno difficoltà a capire cosa diciamo e cosa vogliamo. Il personale dei servizi di ristorazione è insufficiente e la loro energia è bassa. Non dovresti aspettarti molto dalle animazioni, soprattutto dalla musica. Non esiste un andamento dei prezzi per ottenere un punteggio così alto.

Albergo per feste. Molti giovani.

Era da molto tempo che non incontravamo un hotel che offrisse un servizio così buono. Siamo rimasti tutti stupiti e abbiamo adorato il cibo e la pulizia. Ma c'è una persona che ci fa amare l'hotel, la preziosa Şadiye che ci serve come se fossimo a casa 🌸 Ci ha ospitato molto bene durante il nostro soggiorno di 4 giorni in Cabana, lasciamo l'hotel incredibilmente soddisfatti e felici, ha un incredibile padronanza dell'area di Cabana e offre un servizio eccellente senza far aspettare i suoi ospiti. Penso che sia una persona che dovrebbe essere sempre qui, nessuna interruzione del servizio dopo le 17:00. Non è difficile capire la dedizione e la qualità del servizio di Şadiye molto. Verremo di nuovo l'anno prossimo. Spero che potremo trascorrere di nuovo una vacanza nel vostro comfort al Cabanas

Beautiful hotel, excellent food and drinks. Nice and kind people. Funny nights. Clean beach and water. I would like to come back thanks a lot.

The first impression of this resort is that it's a great place, very stylish and modern. Overall, however, there are a few pros and cons. Pros: - its own private beach - the furniture in the rooms, restaurants, by the pool is all very modern and well maintained - excellent food, the variety is great and you can choose between the regular restaurant or the food court if you don't want to pay extra. If tour willing to pay extra, then you've got some a la carte options as well. - hygiene is excellent, everything is always very clean; for example, the toilets by the restaurant have plastic wrap around the toilet seat for extra hygiene; all the high chairs for babies are wrapped with cling film after being cleaned and you're offered a bib, wet and dry wipes and a paper to put on the table of the high chair (this really impressed me). - a good selection of little shops, as well as a hairdresser and a doctor's office. Cons: - the loud music. This can really get a bit much most days. The pier plays music from 4pm until midnight and it's not the nice, holiday kind of music. It's the loud, bad DJ remixes. If you're on the beach, you don't really hear the sea from that point (or the person you're with!). By the pool they also play loud music from the morning so sometimes you might get both at the same time depending on where you're sitting. - we arrived late at night and we wanted to take a shower before bed, unfortunately no hot water during the night. - a string cigarette smell in the hotel, I don't know if it was just where we were staying but as soon as we opened the door to our room we were hit by a strong smell... Perhaps people smoke in their rooms? - very few staff speak English. I found this very strange for a holiday resort. They assume you're Russian so start talking to you in Russian. It's hard to get much across in English. - no late check out, although there are some courtesy showers and lockers by the spa which you can use on your last day. - poor WiFi, mine kept disconnecting multiple times in an hour and had to put in the room number and DOB everytime to get it connected again. - the guests, mostly Russian. They're loud, rude, don't know how to queue. - the pool doesn't have gradual steps in, just the rail type stairs which are harder to use by elderly people or children. - the biggest con for us was the room. We decided to not go for a sea view room because all the reviews mentioned the loud music from the pier so we chose a mountain view room instead. However, this was right at the end of the corridor which was facing the pier so what we got was one of the worst rooms we've stayed in and all the music which we didn't need, travelling with a 17 month old toddler who struggled to go to sleep before midnight every night. If you're offered room 1240, don't settle like we did. The balcony is very small and uncomfortable as well so it really does feel like a room which should be kept as an emergency room for overbookings perhaps. Overa

Smallest rooms I have ever been too, distance from the bed to the wall 35 sm, walls made from paper. No water in the room and mini-bar. Loudly buzzing fridge that doesn’t allow you to sleep. Absolutely arrogant managers on the reception, didn’t get the room that I paid for, had to sleep with my mom on the same bed. Awful experience, never again, not recommended.
