**Disappointing Experience at Balmy Beach Resort Kemer** I recently stayed at Balmy Beach Resort Kemer, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the staff hardly speaks any English, which made communication very difficult throughout our stay. This was particularly problematic when it came to dietary requirements. The hotel's website advertises a large vegan food selection, but in reality, there are no vegan options at all. To make matters worse, even the vegetarian dishes contained meat. The staff seemed unable to understand what veganism or a casein allergy meant, which led to serious issues during our stay. Despite repeatedly informing them about the allergy, they served coffee with milk multiple times, causing me digestive problems. Moreover, the receptionists were extremely rude and unhelpful (excluding a girl named Roya and a guy named Simioman). When we inquired about a late check-out due to our late transfer, they seemed completely incapable of understanding the concept. As a result, we had to wait six hours without a room, which is something that better-quality hotels manage by offering a room for a few hours. For a holiday costing €5,000 for seven days, I expected a much higher standard of service. Unfortunately, Balmy Beach Resort Kemer did not meet these expectations. I would highly recommend considering other high-class hotels in the area for a better experience.
