Everything was perfect as usual, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Very quiet area, really enjoyed our stay.

Problems checking in. Was booked from Sunday 9th June to Wednesday. Sunday my name was not found on the list. Monday they left breakfast in our room and I could eat. Tues and wednesday there was no breakfast. Aircon not working. At least the electric blanket was workin.

Cupboards are dirty, bedding is smelly, and the staff is very unfriendly; even the cleaners are so unfriendly. Bathrooms are smelly as well. Restricted to only one toilet paper. The only friendly person is the young man at the reception. I have only enjoyed one biscuit and a slice of carrot cake. We were a group of 8, and unfortunately, our company did not pay breakfast for three of our colleagues, and the owner demanded the breakfast money from us like we were criminals.

The hosts are warm and friendly and they made the check in easy and seamless. The rooms were clean and plugs for phone charging and lights work even during loadshedding. A nice quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of the city life.

I was staying over for a school function. The location is perfect. Room is good, bes comfortable. I would like to make a suggestion. The room is a bit dark, and would suggest you have a look at the lighting inside the room.

Our double room was neat and clean and had all the amenities that was required. I have stayed at Bluegum 10 years ago and was not disappointed to stay there again. All the facilities and gardens were well kept, it felt safe, the staff were friendly. All in all an excellent experience.

Bluegum is a very neat and clean Hotel to stay within Rooms are big and all the basic needs is availible for guest that stay over and forgotten something , even with loadshedding it was not any problemes staying there , Maruis was very friendly and assisting in our needs

It was clean, secured and great service, I had everything in my room that I could need during my stay. In future if receive food in my room, please do ask what I would prefer, but my other colleagues enjoyed the food.
