It’s ok. Sone things are good. Like dinner is a fair price for the smorgasbord style. Breakfast is ok. Not great. But enough. Sufficient. AC does the job in the room. Slow. ButAC in common areas is at 25. For many cultures 25 is warm and puts ion a sheen or sweat still. Not fun to sweat indoors while eating. Prices are high for juices. Smoothies and such. Too bad. And some rules are weird. saying I can’t have my own food or drinks. Etc. sorry. Your a three star hotel. You don’t get to tell me what to do. We are paying for shelter annd accommodations. And we will live as we wish when it comes to basics. Food for thought. Wifi is useless in rooms. Or our room. Travellers need wifi in the modern eta. Simply unacceptable. Staff is ok. Not charming. But willing to try and help. Also: The pool - can’t be used after 6 pm, that’s insane. Travelled all over the world. I have never seen that before. It’s asinine. You leave for the day. Come back. And can’t swim after 6 pm, ridiculous. .

Posto tranquillo, molto pulito e confortevole, lo staff è molto disponibile e gentile per qualsiasi informazione. Musica dal vivo con balli popolari. Lo consiglio vivamente a famiglie per le vacanze estive. Marco e Laura

Lovely clean room, such welcoming staff, they all have been so wonderful and friendly. Me and my partner have come here as our first solo holiday and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience, where we have been really put at ease. Everything has been smooth and easy, with daily walks to the beach and a simple trip by bus into Heraklion! The food has been amazing as well, with a good selection for breakfast and dinner, we haven’t grown bored of the buffets and the food never disappoints. The drinks and service at the bar has been amazing too! The staff really have gone above and beyond to welcome us and chat with us, we are definitely the youngest couple here at the moment but we have not been overlooked and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet get away no matter their age or demographic. Thank you to the wonderful staff and we hope to see you again soon on our next holiday :)

My stay at Erato hotel/ The Evina Suites was excellent, with a beautiful room that was kept very clean, even our sandy shoes were cleaned! The breakfast and dinner buffets had a great selection and were delicious. The best part about Erato Hotel/The Evina Suites is the friendly and welcoming staff that went above and beyond to meet all our needs and keep us happy. There is a bus stop just outside the Hotel for travel to Heraklion and the beach is just a short walk away with many lunch locations available. I have had a wonderful time and would really recommend for anyone looking for a quite, relaxing stay in Gournes.

Nice little hotel with good service. It is situated near busstop to Heraklion but I think a rentalcar is needed to go to better beaches and to discover the island. car rental from hotel was very uncomplicated and easy. I also liked the dinner because it was always different traditional greek food.

Wonderful Small Hotel, the rooms were big and immaculately clean and a huge king size bed. Family run hotel, who really do look after you. Food was good, breakfast was continental. Lots to do locally and a great bus service. Little shop just a two minute walk from the hotel and sells everything you could need. Thank you very much to the all the staff and specially the Marie's.

We loved it here. The rooms were always clean. The foods were great but it was mostly the same things maybe it can be more different but it was great. The service was very good and the staff was very friendly and kind. The weather was perfect for us.

Everyone at the hotel is so lovely and accommodating! We had a trip on the Friday the lovely Maria helped us and phoned them for us. We but would have missed breakfast that morning because of pick up times, the staff brought us some breakfast and fresh coffee in a flask the night before so we didn’t go hungry! Really good selection of buffet food changing each night. Highly recommend going to the Greek night with the BBQ and dancers! We had great fun and the food was lovely. It’s held every Thursday. Nice sized pool. The area is nice and quiet. The staff allows drinks by the pool side. Small supermarket and bakery/cafe 5 mins up the road perfect for any small bits might need. Beach is roughly 15 minutes walk away and is nice clear water with plenty of cafes if you want a drink or something to eat. HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here!

Employees are so helpfull, peacefull, friendly and smiley. It's so easy to have contacts. Creet has a various beautiful, georgeous, marvellous landscapes but not only the sea. Everything was all right. Very good exerience in this hotel. Perfect.
