Great environment, centrally located and attentive staff

Gorgeous hotel. Beautiful decor. Apart from bar, helpful staff. Amazing Spa. V comfortable beds, good location. Great food. BUT thumping music everywhere, even the Spa which I assumed would be more Zen, & definitely not in background so conversation difficult. Asked the barman on 17th floor for altervative to (c)Rap music, which he played ALL evening... some smooth Sinatra maybe... he thought it would be too 'stiff'!

Only the parking costs a lot of trouble they need to do something about that for non Swedish people It works with an App Also it is expensive Small but clean room The best breakfast this roadtrip It is worth the money and the people are very helpful

Pros: -Great decor! Every detail was amazing. -Staff was wonderful in every part of the hotel. At check in my son was given a popsicle. They put a Harry Potter note on our bed for him after noticing his shirt at check in. Amazing ! -The private waiting lounge for the JQ rooms was amazing -Food at pool club was great -Amenities were all top notch; from the games in the lobby to the soaps in the shower Cons: -pool club was busy -could hear loud music in our room -rooms weren't very big -shower water pressure not great

We stayed at Jacy’z from the 22/6-26/6. We arrived to the hotel and went to the 17th floor where we were staying at JQ, and was lucky to get our room 2 hours earlier. But.. the room wasn’t quite “ready” when we got it. There was missing a robe, and there was dust visible on the floor.. We payed extra to upgrade our room to a medium room at JQ, because we thought it would be more luxurious.. The room was nice, but we only got our bed done 1 time at our whole stay??? The one time fixing our bed, they didn’t even take our trash out or clean the rest of the hotel room nor our bathroom..? We also got a drink at their JQ lounge. The surroundings were very cozy and nice, but the 3 employees/bartenders were hanging in the seats at the bar, and making fun with each other/laughing and whispering as if they were talking about us guests… very unprofessional. On Sunday the 23/6 we booked an afternoon spa session at Pachanga Pool Club (from 16-19), and it was NOT worth the money. Again, the surroundings were nice, but there was toooo many people. Because of the many people, there wasn’t a seat for everyone and the pools were crowded. We were very sad that we spend our anniversary there… We also tried their restaurant Gogogaga at the 26th floor, where we got the Korean Bbq style dinner, and it was very good. We also got breakfast every morning at Archie’s which had many options. To sum up, the surroundings at Jacyz and the food was very good, but everything else didn’t meet with our expectations. We’re sad we spend our money on this hotel, when we could get the same experience at a cheaper.

Even though the hotel has now been around for a while, the set is still a magnet for images from the smallest breakfast sausage to sundeck posing, a bit comical.Understand that the hotel. with its slightly different approach and slightly unique design attracts.It's hard to describe the style, everything from a little Palm Springs to nouveau riche in Dallas.The range is varied, young perhaps a little inexperienced in places trying to fit into the role.Last minute booking and it was the room category "small" and that's no joke.No seating or space for luggage, the bed becomes the place for a good Negroni from the minibar.However, the bathroom is not undersized, sober and good pressure in the shower.Lovely with a bit of a living room feel in the lobby, a game of billiards and shuffle was played.In and out of pool environments, Gothenburg offered showers and 11 C in June.Breakfast with a view, easy to be blinded, but part of the selection was more for the eyes than the taste.There was a lot to like, masquerade low-price juice is not included there and it was poorly refilled, it was far from buzy.Still, it feels like the staff was a little understaffed.If we were to describe a low-water mark, it would be poached eggs and avocado toast, which can be so good if it's done right.But overall, it's. to like a hotel that takes a few turns and dares to experiment with little new things on offer.

We had a wonderful stay celebrating my sisters birthday. It felt very luxurious, cool interior and we liked hanging out at PAMs in the afternoon and then having a lovely dinner at Gogogaga in the evening. A shoutout to our waiter Chris, he was amazing!! He made us feel very welcomed and relaxed. The Pachanga pool club was beautiful and gave the perfect tropical vibes. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a luxurious getaway :)

The rooms are beautifully designed, absolutely gorgeous but so tiny that it doesn’t speak premium at all. Due to the big bars the view is completely distroyed. Service at the pool bar was great, service during dinner and food itself a massive disappointment. We had 5 courses and all except one were subpar. Service cold and not presenting food. Restaurant itself is cute but also breakfast was a massive disappointment. The dishes to order were all boring and not well made. The rest of the buffet just very minimal. I don’t mind a smaller spread to avoid food waste but then it has to be good which it wasn’t. Biggest disappointment: Photos and cameras allowed in the spa area. I will not return to this (to be fair absolutely gorgeous spa with great service, when people are taking pictures literally everywhere. People on the pool, around the pool with their phones.

The worst hotel I've ever seen. Rude staff special night staff, dirty rum. difficult to reach the reception by phone call, had to wait 2 hours almost. . I feel like I've thrown my money in the trash. ugh
