If you're heading to Ujjain, you absolutely must stay at Rudraksh Club & Resorts. Our trip was an absolute dream, and it’s all down to the incredible team led by Prabhat. Seriously, the service here isn't just good—it's genuine, warm, and runs like a Swiss clock. ​From the second we arrived, the Front Office staff greeted us with such welcoming smiles. They made check-in quick and painless and were always there to help us with local tips. They truly set the perfect, relaxing tone for the whole vacation. ​A massive thank you goes to the Housekeeping team. It felt like magic! Every time we returned, our room was spotless, perfectly organized, and felt so fresh. It's those little details that really make a difference, and they nailed it every time. ​Now, for the food! The F&B Services team made every meal something to look forward to. The quality was fantastic, but it was the service that blew us away. A special mention to Maneesh, who was an absolute star! He remembered our preferences and treated us like VIPs during every seating. The whole F&B crew works so hard and they really elevated our dining experiences. ​It’s completely clear that Prabhat cares deeply about his team and his guests. The Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B Services all operate seamlessly together. They aren't just employees; they treat you like family. If you want a comfortable, luxurious, and truly memorable stay in Ujjain, look no further. Thank you, Prabhat and the entire Rudraksh family!

Overall, our experience was disappointing from breakfast to dinner to room service. The food was bland and lacked authenticity — clearly modernised to appeal to younger guests, but even as a 27-year-old, I found it incredibly disappointing. My family, who prefer a traditional-modern balance, were so dissatisfied that we cut our stay short by two days and moved to another hotel without even bothering to request for a refund. Basic service requests required multiple follow-ups — we had to call reception three times for assistance, and each time it felt like there was no ownership or accountability. The overall management appeared disengaged and unorganized. Special Mention – Aayush Prajapati Aayush greeted us with a genuine smile and displayed the professionalism, attitude, and skill set you’d expect from a luxury five-star resort — which this property, unfortunately, is not. Having stayed at over eight hotels across India this month, I can confidently say Rudraksh has spent more effort on looking glamorous in photos and upon arrival than on training staff to uphold its claimed standards. Aayush Prajapati was the rare exception — consistently proactive, composed, and willing to go beyond his duties to ensure guests feel welcome. Such initiative and integrity are uncommon in many hotels across India. I strongly recommend that management recognise his contribution and consider him for a senior management role, as he embodies the kind of service excellence this hotel desperately needs more of.
