"L'hotel stesso è un villaggio di vacanze da golf, l'ambiente è pulito, comodo e l'aria è molto buona.La stanza è un vento antiquato di stile occidentale, e poi il bagno dà anche una serie di esigenze fondamentali femminili, come l'acqua di balneazione, e è anche buono. Naturalmente, è meglio guidare da solo se passate l'hotel, perché il trasporto pubblico non può essere praticamente raggiunto."

"Exxelent place, near Gotemba Station (train) and Tomei Gotemba (Bus). From our room we can see Mount Fuji very clear. The staff is very nice and helpfull. Best place if you want to stay in Gotemba"

"很棒的中轉酒店，酒店前方還有富士山，酒店前面有一個車站，有免費巴士接送去御殿場奧特萊斯，御殿場奧萊真的超級好買。第二天我去了奧萊也可以直接蹭車回御殿場站。
大家可以去富士山前在奧萊逛一逛，因為很方便很便宜，消費也不貴酒店附近還有一個叫金太郎的蕎麥麪館，超級好吃，很多名人都去過的，不行一會兒就到。"

"Siamo qui perché ci siamo bloccati sulla rotta autostradale a Tokyo. Una grande sorpresa per rimanere qui. È stato un bagno sicuro nella zona comune. L'hotel ha molti shampoo e prodotti faciali locali da campionare, e penso che siano pensabili.
Svegliamoci per capire che abbiamo il colazione davanti a MT Fuji!"

XXenia GohThis was hands down one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in many - work covered, expensive ”5 star hotels”. We had perfect views of Mt. Fuji. The rooms were huge and super well fitted out. It's not the best location wise if you're wanting to go shopping in Gotemba, but this didn't bother us as we hired a car and drove there on our own.
The service was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly attentive and went way beyond and above.
The driver drove us to our destination (Gotemba train station that we requested) and then realized we were standing around looking where to go - he came over and asked if we were lost and drove us to the correct location (the car rental shop).
The reception gave us a tour of the area to make sure we knew where the lifts were, how to use the various facilities (especially the onsen).
If you have kids or traveling as a couple, I couldn't recommend this place more.

CCHIHLINGQuesto hotel è a circa 40 minuti di auto per Mt Fuji. Ha una primavera calda naturale e una cena di panini gratuita e illimitata fornita da 21:30-23:00 ogni notte. Oltre alle panini gratuite, ci sono bevande molli e bar di crema di ghiaccio anche fornite gratuitamente.

CCY TanI recently stayed at Hotel Clad during my trip to the Fuji area, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is truly unbeatable—perched on a hilltop with breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji, especially at sunrise and sunset. Waking up to that iconic silhouette was absolutely unforgettable.
The hotel itself strikes a perfect balance between modern comfort and serene simplicity. My room was clean, well-appointed, and designed with a minimalist aesthetic that made it feel both calming and functional. The large windows made the most of the surrounding nature, and I appreciated the attention to detail in both the amenities and layout.
One of the highlights was the onsen. It was such a treat to relax in the hot spring baths while gazing out at Mt. Fuji—an experience that felt both peaceful and luxurious. The onsen facilities were clean, well-maintained, and never overly crowded.
The hotel is also conveniently connected to the Gotemba Premium Outlets, making it easy to enjoy a bit of shopping or grab a bite without venturing far. Despite this proximity, the hotel maintains a very tranquil atmosphere, which I really appreciated.
Overall, Hotel Clad is a perfect base for anyone looking to explore the Fuji area in comfort. Whether you’re there to hike, shop, or simply take in the views, it delivers a serene, scenic, and satisfying stay.

MMake My DayChose this hotel as it is near walking distance from the Gotemba station where it is the meeting point for the Mt Fuji hike. The hotel is simple, decent size room for a comfortable stay.
You can actually have a lovely view of Mt Fuji just outside the hotel front.
It is also within walking distance to the shuttle bus stop where there is a complimentary shuttle bus to bring you to the Gotemba Premium Outlet. You can easily spend the whole day shopping and having your meals at the Outlet.

EEileen PhuaLocation of the hotel is not very convenient, and we were lucky that we had a rental car.
We took the tatami room with 2 beds for 5 pax. The room size was v huge, which was a very big plus as we have 5 adults. We love the spaciousness of the room.
For the open bath, while it was at the 2nd storey facing the reception counter, there was minimal security as no password / nos. were needed to enter the ladies open bath. There was no toiletries provided like shampoo, conditioner.

La sorella della ricetta sembra essere la sorella di Liu Li nella recente serie di teatro di Giappone ”punti caldi”.Questa posizione e il prezzo non mi sembrano indicabili.

JJanetWe had a really great experience at this hotel. There is a shuttle bus near the hotel that takes you to and from the JR Gotemba station and the Gotemba Premium Outlets.
The room is really big for a Japanese hotel, and you even have a jacuzzi/hot spring bath in your own room! As for breakfast, it is buffet style with a good selection. The food is also delicious!
The best part of all is still the service they provide. At the Fuji Outlet Hot Spring Hotel, they really go out of the way to serve their guests. We had 2 suitcases stored in the hotel when we checked out and went shopping at the outlets. We went back to the hotel to pick up our suitcases at around 19:20 and intended to take a taxi to the JR Gotemba station to catch a train back to Tokyo station. The front desk staff helped us call a taxi but no taxi would take the order because there was a bad traffic jam. It was on 3rd January 2025, a public holiday, and there were many cars heading for the outlets. Upon knowing our dilemma, I think it was the hotel owner, instructed a staff who just got off duty to drive us to the station. He even checked the train schedule for us! They refused to accept when we offered payment for the ride.
Overall, the service was superb and I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. They have front office staff who speaks either fluent English or Chinese.
We wish to thank the owner and his staff for such great service and will definitely stay in this hotel again if we were back in Gotemba.

Ccome with me พามาแล้วอย่าบ่นI was pleasantly surprised to find that this place offers a complimentary dinner! The menu included pork curry rice or pork curry udon—both delicious options. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable.
The room came fully stocked with all the necessary amenities, including a traditional Japanese-style pajama set, which was a nice touch. There's a shared hot bath available for men only, open from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM the next day—perfect for relaxing after a long day.
They also offer a Japanese-style breakfast buffet, which had a great variety and tasted amazing.
Additional conveniences include free parking, as well as vending machines with drinks, snacks, and beer. There's also a coin-operated washer and dryer, which came in handy during the trip.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and thoughtful stay!
