We have received a room at the very farest side of the hotel which was extremely cold at the arrival. After we claimed this we have been informed that the heating only works in specific time periods- started to work at 4 p.m. and only till 10 p.m. and then mornings from 6 till 9 a.m. but this was not enough to get the room warm at all. Is very unpleasant to come to a cold room after the whole day skiing. We spent all 3 days in cold room. Should not be an experience from 3 stars hotel. Breakfasts and dinners were ok.

Hotel offers what we expected. The interior design and equipment is not an outstanding but is appropriate gor the purpose. The personal experience was “day&night”. We started with “snail ignorants” shift however the second shift was extremely professional. I left my opinion so they know “who is who”… At the end of the day: recommend for your stay

That was our first stay at this this hotel. We were happy and were nice stay location is perfect and also breakfast and dinner. Room was quiet and good enough for our child enjoys a bunk bet. Improve please mattress and parking possibilities’.

Das Zimmer und die Betten waren zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Eindruck des Zimmers ist sauber und modern. Das Haus generell ist für einen privaten Aufenthalt von 2-3 Tagen bestens geeignet, man merkt aber schon dass es ursprünglich als Schulschiheim angelegt wurde. Das Abendessen war in Ordnung wenngleich das Buffett etwas liebevoller angerichtet werden könnte (zu einem Champignonschnitzel würden eher Reis als Petersilerdäpfel passen), das Hühnercurry war leicht scharf, also für Kinder eher nicht geeignet. Das Frühstücksbuffett dafür war toll und hat meiner Erwartungen übertroffen. Es war wirklich alles da was das Herz begehrt. Die Handhabung mit dem Skikeller könnte die Rezeption etwas besser erklären, wenn man nämlich keine Zimmerkarte mehr hat kommt man nicht in die Räume rein. Ein Beschriften "Hotelgäste" wäre sinnvoll, bei den SChulen hat man eine Beschriftung ja auch gemacht.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, es hat alles gepasst, Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt (zweites Kopfkissen), wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Schön, dass es auf dem Hochkar, in etwa 1000 Meter Seehöhe so ein Hotel gibt, die Landschaft ist atemberaubend, mit etwas Wetterglück (hatten wir teilweise) ist der Aufenthalt perfekt.

Zimmer sind klein aber ok, Bad und WC getrennt und ebenso klein, aber sauber. Genug Stauraum vorhanden, der Platz wird optimal ausgenutzt. Platz zum Sitzen bleibt im Familienzimmer nicht viel übrig. Aber dafür gibt es ja Rezeption und andere Allgemeinräume. Wellnessbereich in Ordnung, Kegelbahnen verströmen Flair von früher. Schade ist, dass der grosse Turnsaal nur mittels Bezahlung aufgesperrt wird, somit auch klein Klettern möglich. Frühstück ist gut, wenn auch in Bereichen verbesserungswürdig, mit dem Abendessen muss man einfach nachsichtig sein 😉

Ich weiß nicht woran es liegt, aber bei Jufa ist das Essen immer nur lauwarm, auch wenn es frisch in die Warmhalteplatte gegeben wird. ich habe es schon mal bemängelt. Mit den anderen war ich schon zufrieden.

Es ist wirklich ein schönes Familienhotel, dass durch Einfachheit, Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit besticht. Das Essen war wirklich gut Einzig allein die vielen Stufen sind anfangs ein bisschen verwirrend. Der Saunabereich war außerordentlich schön, mit Handtüchern vor Ort. Der Fitnessraum war mit tollen Geräten ausgestattet
