Прекрасный небольшой отель в историческом стиле. Шикарный вид на горы из открытого бассейна. Ужин на террасе особенно прекрасен! От отеля до Хальштата минут 15 на машине. Спасибо! Было прекрасно

We have, on annual hiking trips, stayed in inns all over Europe and this inn is now #1 for us. It hit all the marks on comfort, location, etc. but a couple points of highlight are: meals were next level in selection, taste and presentation; the Koller team was accommodating, helpful and so very nice; our room and common rooms were a perfect blend of historic feels and modern amenities and the inn was pristine. Finally, it would hard to beat their view! We hope to return.

We have been visiting - and staying at - Landhaus Kolle rfor over 12 years or so and we consider this unique hotel as our extended home - and we only hope hey consider us as members of their extended family... The Koller family - Manuela, Gorttfried and Maximilian - do everything (!!) to make our stay as memorable as the previous one... ND THGEY lways succeed :) Time slows down when you enter the front gateand you know the very first moment that the breafast a nd the dinner will always be memorable...You'd better forget the bathroom scale for the time being.... Love-care-attention... can one expect more while immersing in thgeir hospitality? Thank you! Elizabeth and András - Hungary

Wonderful place to stay in a gorgeous part of Austria! Extremely clean and comfortable! The breakfast and dinner service exceeded our expectations. Really, we felt that the hosts spared no expense to ensure our stay was amazing. Highly recommend!

The main issue here is poor value for money. It is situated in a pretty location but the hotel itself is old with no amenities, other than a large pool. There are no public areas; bizarrely, we arrived back at about 8.30 one evening to find the front door locked and (once we had worked out how to get in) all the lights out and the place closed up. There is no lift/elevator so not recommended if you struggle with stairs. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was generous. But the dinner was ordinary and expensive, and the cost of a standard double room (about 300 euro ) was completely out of line with what is basically a simple 3 star hotel. This is a very popular tourist area which is littered with hotels of various type and size. You will almost certainly find better value elsewhere.

We were thrilled to have celebrated our daughter Noelle’s wedding at the Landhaus Koller in July, 2023. The charm of the old-world hunting lodge/historical hotel against the backdrop of the Alps made our guests’ trips from across the United States and Europe worth the effort. Manuella and her staff were more than gracious and attentive to our every need. The festivities, the celebration, dinner, dancing and cocktails (with the customary midnight wedding serving of delicious goulash) went off without a hitch because of their attentiveness. We breakfasted on the charming back balcony/porch on a wide assortment of fare that will please both European and American tastes, with a view that will never be forgotten. We dined at Landhaus Koller both in group meals as part of the wedding package and ordered off the menu for a Saturday night meal as well. Every meal was delicious, with special commendations for the soup courses. (We threatened to break into the kitchen to steal the recipes.) Every room we visited was spacious and clean. Our particular room and at least one other (maybe more) had a balcony that seated two or three, and which offered the same breathtaking mountain view and overlooked the pool as well. The pool too was spotless and surrounded by lounges and chairs that beg the guest to take a dip and relax. The surrounding Alpine lakeside towns are beautiful and filled with interesting shops and restaurants. It was easy to see why our daughter and our new son-in-law chose this as the location for their wedding after having visited there a few years ago.

My husband and I spent a few days at Landhaus Koller during a vacation in 2019, when we were newly dating. We loved it so much that we chose to get married here four years later, even though we live over 8,000km away. This peaceful corner of Austria is unlike anywhere else we've been, and we wanted to share it. The Kollers were so kind and helpful as we planned our event remotely. We knew from experience that the food and hospitality would be top notch, so we trusted Manuela's and Gottfried's suggestions, and we're so glad we did. Every detail of the weekend was beautiful, intimate, and perfectly executed - exactly what we hoped for. If you are thinking of hosting an event here, don't hesitate! Our guests rented out most of the rooms at the hotel, and all of the rooms were well equipped and immaculately clean. If you can swing it, the rooms with balconies are extra special. As a wedding treat for ourselves, my husband and I rented the top floor "tower room." It was so spacious, more like a one-bedroom apartment, and the views were incredible. I know other reviewers have already raved about the food and the beautiful location, and for good reason - they are outstanding. But another thing that sets this hotel apart is the staff: from the owners themselves to the kitchen, dining room and housekeeping staff, every person is so warm and welcoming that by the end of our wedding weekend, they felt like part of the family. However long you stay at Landhaus Koller, you'll wish you could stay longer. Thank you, thank you to Manuela and Gottfried for taking such good care of us and our family this summer. We hope to be back soon!

Amazing old world Hotel with grace, charm, beauty and authenticity. A super staff and management who truly understand customer service and care. They go above and beyond. The cuisine is outstanding…we loved our stay here and hope to return for a longer stay. Magnificent.

Of all the places I stayed in Austria, this was my favorite hotel. The staff were attentive, the food was good, the views were stunning. I love this region so much and this hotel was such a nice place to visit.
