L'hotel si trova nel centro di Voronezh, perché il piano è al piano superiore, quindi la vista è molto bella, soprattutto la città di notte. Tutto è pulito, bello e confortevole. Ma nella stanza, la finestra non può essere aperta.

Комплементарно заселили рано утром, а днём сказали, что всё таки нужно заплатить)))) благо управляющий исправил ситуацию, но осадочек остался!
Сотрудника Максима, нужно отправить на курсы повышения квалификации))))-Основы общения с гостем и как сделать так, чтоб гость не считал вас муда.сом😂
А так, отель хороший! Чисто, завтраки хорошие, расположение!
Нужно избавится от неприятного запаха в коридорах, это проблема на разных этажах!!!

This a very new ( about 3-4 years old) excellent quality hotel located in downtown. I stay at marriotts most times - this is one of the top quality facilities. Very friendly employees - well trained. I only stayed one night but will definitely be back when I have a chance.

В отелях отдыхаю много и часто. За 23 к на выходе следующее. Номера чистые, с красивым видом на город (у нас был 16 этаж). Спа приятный, правда бассейн очень маленький, где-то 5х2.5 метра, не поплавать. Джакузи 4 шт, 2 сауны и хаммам. Но до 18 лет нельзя посещать, обратите внимание! Собственно, на этом все. Первый раз в отеле, в котором отключили воду. Звоню в 8 утра на респшен, девушка сказала, что в городе авария, мол скоро восстановят, но когда восстановят не сказала....Ладно... На момент 13ч дня мы так и не смогли помыться,воды до сих пор нет. Но самое интересное, что никто не извинился за это "маленькое неудобство", не предложил в качестве бонуса более поздний выезд или ещё что-то. Впринципе, работники отеля не совсем профессиональны, да и не особо приветливы. Читатели уже наверное понимают, что возвращаемся в Москву мы немытые и злые)))) Завтраки вроде как разнообразные, но не особо вкусные. Ростбиф сухой, с/с форель мужу не понравилась, стаканы пахнут сыростью. Кофе нужно просить у официанта, это очень неудобно. В итоге принесли через 15 мин уже холодный. Но как за 23 тыс/ночь нет игристого???? Даже в Адыгее в отеле 3 звезды гораздо более дешевом было шампанское, это же классика хороших отелей, а это вообще сетевой. Итог, отель не 5*, персонал отправить на обучение, своих денег не стоит вообще. Честно, жалко потраченных денег. Даже в Москве за эти деньги (и дешевле) можно получить хороший сервис. Больше сюда ни ногой!
