The hotel is located in the center of Rostov-on-Don. The distance to the Cathedral of the Nativity of the Virgin is 800 m, to the Rostov Circus and Gorky Park is 1 km, to the Museum of Fine Arts is 2 km, to the Rostov–Glavny railway station is 1 km, to the airport is 45 km.
In total, the hotel has 11 rooms of several categories: Standard, Deluxe and Deluxe Family. Decorated in a classic style using light tones. The rooms are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: a bed, a TV, a wardrobe, a private bathroom with a shower cabin. Toiletries are provided.

Были проездом в Ростове с дочкой одни сутки, впечатление осталось ужасное..... Гостиница напоминала дом встреч, красная подсветка зеркала на потолке прямо кричало об этом, фонарики у дверей подсветили бы еще красным, к тому же в номере был сильный запах канализации и это на 3 этаже, который попытались забить освежителем воздуха и сделали еще хуже. Администратор отмороженная все наши просьбы отвергала сразу даже не пытаясь найти альтернативы. Когда бронировали номер там была услуга предоставления завтрака, но мы наверное ее не включили а думали что завтрак включен в стоимость. Обратившись к администратору нам сказали что у вас номер эконом и завтрак не включен, но можно было предложить завтрак или хотя бы чай за отдельную плату, нет даже не подумали предложить зачем мы же эконом! Если бы мы были в Ростове больше времени не за что бы не остались в этой гостинице.
