The hotel is located on the left bank of the Don River, 3 km from the city center. It is located near the Rostov Arena stadium, Levoberezhny Park and Voroshilovsky Bridge. It is a modern 8-storey building with a unique design and spacious underground and surface parking. The distance to the railway station is about 5 km, and Platov Airport is 50 km away.
The hotel's room stock consists of 196 rooms of the Standard Double/Twin, Superior and Junior Suites categories. The rooms are equipped with everything necessary for a good rest and successful work. Pets are welcome.
The gastronomic Kitchen&Bar space, a gym with a delightful panorama of the city and the Don River and 2 conference rooms, one of which is a transformer room with an area of 200 square meters, are available for hotel guests.

Отель оставляет прекрасные воспоминания. Все продумано до мелочей. Забота о гостях искрит отовсюду: приветливый персонал на ресепшене, стильный интерьер, чистота в номере, качественные туалетные принадлежности, качественное постельное белье. Хорошее кондиционирование поддерживает в номере комфортную температуру, влажность и чистый воздух. Посторонние запахи отсутствует. В ресторане оригинальные блюда и изысканная подача! Оценка "отлично"!

Была в командировке, жила в отеле 3 дня. Сотни отелей в разных городах....есть с чем сравнивать.
Понравилось все от А до Я. Рекомендую очень.

四星酒店服務設施都非常棒，好像還有很多娛樂設施，但是我是出差，沒時間體驗，而且酒店也沒有相關提示或者指引。旁邊還有一個商場超市，吃喝買點都方便，旁邊就是頓河和一個大公園，環境不錯。最大的問題是離市區不是很近，所以出門要稍微早一點

Удобно расположенный отель, если нет необходимости заезжать в центр города. Бронировали этот отели по дороге на юг. Очень чисто, уютно, комфортно.
Есть подземная теплая стоянка для автомобилей. Вкусный завтрак!
