Стильный отель, все новое. Кровать и одеяло - отдельный поклон:) завтраки отличные! Из неочевидного - платная парковка для гостей - об этом никто не предупреждает и ты этого не ждешь, потому что во всех отелях мира парковка для гостей бесплатная) Ну и светящийся ночью на всю комнату план эвакуацим😅 хорошо что легко снимается, иначе не уснуть

Красивейший отель. Получили удовольствие от проживания. Превосходные завтраки. Все очень понравилось. Побольше бы таких отелей в России

We stayed here a few nights on our road-trip south and just loved the hotel! You can see that a lot of effort is put in details and perfect service, and just had a wonderful experience. 1. Location: The hotel is right in the center, next to restaurants, shops, etc. 2. Hotel grounds: Everything is very clean, there is a very good Georgian Restaurant on the ground floor (they also offer room service) and a good Asian fusion place on the rooftop (great food and cocktails). The Georgian Restaurant also serves a buffet breakfast/brunch. Parking is available for a fee right behind the hotel. 3. Rooms: We got the Premier room (one category up from standard) and the room was very spacious and comfortable! Very clean, carpeted, perfect air condition (worked very well, you can get a nice cold climate going), comfortable king size bed, 2 fluffy pillows each, good quality comforter and good thread count quality bedsheets. Coffee/tea station, mini-bar is there as well. Plenty of storage (cupboards etc). The bathroom has a large walk in shower, bathrobes, amenities from Zielinski & Rozen (soap, lotion, shampoo and shower gel). The only thing is that our shower flooded a bit in the bathroom, but that may be a fixable problem). Very lovely details such as the do not disturb or clean up hangers are cute plush bunnies! Very friendly room service and cleaning. We got a nice view from our room onto the city! 4. Pet friendly: We travelled with our 2 pet rabbits and the hotel was very welcoming to pets! Our rabbits are very clean and they appreciated the hotel also very much. 5. Price: So of course this is not a budget hotel, but we think it is very worth the price. The service is outstanding and you do feel like in a boutique hotel and not in a large chain that lost it's touch for details and customer happiness. I would stay at this hotel even just to enjoy the hotel itself, to relax and take in the atmosphere, restaurants, etc.

Отель так себе, сплошное разочарование. В номере категории стандарт окна ужасные, при полном закрытии вы слышите улицу, как будто все окна нараспашку. Сам номер безумно маленький, так что не ведитесь на красивые фото. Лучше за те же деньги взять Меркьюр, который в трехстах метрах находится

Первый отель ресторанной сети Ginza в Ростове-на-Дону. Расположен в центре города, элемент точечной застройки, поэтому такси непосредственно к отелю не подходит. 2,5 км от железнодорожного вокзала. Комплектация номеров соответствует 4 звездам, но площадь стандартного номера - нет. Стандартный номер рассчитан на 1 человека. Завтраки хорошие, персонал несколько испуган но любезен. Отель подходит для командировочных на 1-2 дня. Ланч-бокс скуден (можно заказать при раннем отъезде). Цены несколько завышены. Для постоянно живущих в отелях больше подходят сетевые отели.
