房間很好，面積不小，設備設施齊全，乾淨温暖。位置完美，就在鎮中心，不需要爬坡。工作人員都很nice，每天出門回來都聊幾句。早餐廳不大，但對於我們來説足夠了，麪包雞蛋咖啡水果，還提供現做的omelet和pancake。兩個露台，看熱氣球也完美～最重要的一點，朋友出遊想住雙床房，很難訂到呢。

很可愛的洞穴酒店，房間的格局很合理，服務也非常nice，很喜歡這個酒店。

Hotel situato nel centro di Goreme. Personale molto cortese. Camera in grotta di tufo con temperatura ottimale e con assenza di rumori. Illuminazione della camera particolare per valorizzane la struttura di tufo. Colazione varia e di qualità con bella vista sulla città e sulle formazioni coniche caratteristiche della Cappadocia. Ottimo come “campo base” per visitare la meravigliosa Cappadocia. Vista la posizione centrale, è piacevole passeggiare alla sera tra ristoranti e negozi. Possibilità di parcheggio gratuito sulla strada principale.

Ho soggiornato qui con un gruppo di 5 amici nei giorni scorsi. Ci avevano dato le stanze 201 e 202 con cucina esterna condivisa, corrispondente alla stanza 200. Purtroppo, alle 5 del mattino del 30 aprile, tentando di aprire la porta della stanza 200, la chiave si è rotta e ne è rimasta una parte nella serratura. Il personale dell'albergo e assistenti hanno tentato per ore di aprire la porta senza risultato. Alle 8,30 hanno chiamato un sedicente fabbro che dopo un paio di tentativi inutili, ha preso letteralmente a martellate la porta aprendo il varco per togliere la serratura... Mai vista in vita una cosa del genere!! Da quando in qua si distrugge una porta per cambiare una serratura?! Ma il peggio è accaduto dopo. Hanno chiamato un vero fabbro che ha rimosso la serratura e ha tolto letteralmente la porta per portarla a riparare. Il proprietario ci ha obbligato a pagare ben 340€ ( che corrispondono a oltre 7200 lire turche) per acquistare un'intera porta. Solo così saremmo potuti uscire per goderci la nostra vacanza. Anche se volevamo pagare solo la serratura del valore di pochi euro, non abbiamo avuto scelta, non ci avrebbero permesso di lasciare le stanze. Ciò che ci lascia l'amaro in bocca è che non ci hanno nemmeno avvisato che l'unica soluzione possibile per uscire era prendere a martellate  la porta e che poi l'avrebbero addebitata a noi... Dover pagare noi per il danno fatto da loro. Ci hanno detto che non avevano nessuna assicurazione sui beni ma solo sulle persone, com'è possibile che sia così nel 2023?! Per finire, dopo averci tenuti oltre 5 ore chiusi lì e averci portato via la porta, siamo rimasti tutto il giorno e tutta la notte successiva privi di porta, alla faccia della sicurezza e della cura del cliente! Faceva davvero freddo  e quindi non siamo riusciti a cenare in cucina. La notte sono entrati gatti che hanno lasciato le proprie deiezioni ovunque e creato trambusto. Impossibile fare poi uso di questa stanza. Menomale che l'indomani siamo partiti e abbiamo messo fine a questo incubo. In tanti anni di viaggi non siamo mai incappati in una situazione del genere! Avremmo dovuto ricevere noi il rimborso per questa ultima notte trascorsa lì. Evitate questa struttura per il vostro bene.

Struttura meravigliosa, in pieno centro a Goreme. È stata veramente una piacevole sorpresa soggiornare in questo albergo. Ci sono stato con la mia fidanzata e siamo rimasti profondamente soddisfatti. Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Colazione ottima, camere bellissime e molto pulite. Ci hanno fatto sentire in famiglia. This place is so lovely. The aesthetics are truly pleasing. It’s at a good location and the staff members are lovely. We didn’t stay at the hotel but would have loved to if I knew about it earlier. My next stay… ❤️ NB: There is a mosque close by and can be loud when prayer is announced.

This was the most comfortable hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The cozy ambiance, stunning décor, and peaceful atmosphere made it truly special. Every detail was perfect, and I can't wait to return for another amazing stay♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

We were so well served by the most helpful staff! Pilar and Mohammed made sure we always had anything we needed. They arranged our hot air balloon ride and gave better recommendations than we found online for other attractions. The layout of the hotel includes a magnificent outdoor seating lobby with beautiful rugs, pillows and wall hangings. The rooftops also have many places to sit and a perfect view of the city and balloons. The cave rooms are unique and accommodating but the beds and pillows were not very comfortable. Each room has heat/AC to adjust yourself. The best part of this hotel by far is the amazing Turkish full course breakfast each morning upstairs in the glass enclosed dining room. The cook will custom make your eggs along with all the traditional foods served. Endless coffee, teas and juices. We left each morning fully stuffed and ready for our adventures.

Rasheed was exceptionally amazing, wonderful, and kind. He ensured I made the experience very comfortable, and ensured our needs were met. The breakfast is spectacular.Make sure to book your stay at Osmanbeey cave house in Cappadocia!!

It is so good hotel! And the service is fantastic. They’re so helpful. Rashid really helped us. I really recommend this place as it’s 10/10 hotel. Everything is clean and neat. Their service is the best! Osman Bey Cave Hotel is the best hotel ever!

Overall experience was 10/10. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating- especially Reshid. Excellent location as well. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. I will definitely return when visiting Cappadocia again.

The place is beautiful, so autentic. The owner is so kind. Allows us to take pictures everywhere. Shows us good places too. Also the decorations of the carpets and the rooftop is amazing. Have a good time here as well. It was amazing experience.
