Having read positive reviews about Sergio's hospitality and friendliness, we did not hesitate to book a hotel room in advance. After booking the room, Sergio texted, willingly answered all questions. But as we arrived tired late in the evening, our mood was dampened by the fact that Sergio did not even respond to our greeting, but simply looked at us haughtily through his glasses. As a token of attention we gifted him with Kazakh chocolate, but in response we not only did not hear a basic "thank you", in addition, he carelessly pushed the chocolate away from him. Instead of greetings we heard "My house, my rules", about which he told us 2 times during 10 minutes). Especially perplexed by his words, which sounded literally: "If we find food, snacks in the room, then you pack your bags and immediately leave the hotel". We understand that he has his own rules, but it was possible to present them not in such a categorical and rude form. Thus he showed himself in a bad way: unfriendly, ill-mannered, not hospitable. Further strange was his behavior in the first two days, when we were alone, he ignored us, but on 3-4 days in the presence of other guests, he was courteous and kind. As for the rest, the hair dryer in the room was underpowered and turned off after a couple minutes of use, I would also like to mention that the coffee at breakfast was not of the best quality, weak consistency. We witnessed dislike of cats, Sergio chased cats out of the hotel, on the last day at breakfast we witnessed Sergio reprimanding the assistant in front of the guests, because we understood Turkish, he should keep this in mind in the future. Overall impressions about the first two days of stay in the hotel remained extremely negative because of Sergio's behavior. I got the impression that Sergio's attitude to guests depends on what country they come from, because with guests from Europe he was extremely kind. Positives: The room was clean and cozy, equipped with all the necessary accessories, quite tasty and varied breakfasts, as well as friendly service staff, Sergio’s assistant is a wonderful person, he cooked delicious breakfasts. The rooms are equipped with a garbage can for separate collection and sorting of garbage. As our flight was late, Sergio kindly allowed us to leave our suitcases at reception.
