Ho avuto un'esperienza incredibile al Sultan Cave Suites durante il mio recente soggiorno. Dal momento in cui siamo atterrati, l'hotel ci ha offerto un passaggio gratuito dall'aeroporto all'hotel, rendendo il nostro arrivo tranquillo e senza stress. Lo staff ha fatto di tutto, con un ringraziamento speciale a un membro del team meravigliosamente disponibile che mi ha aiutato con i miei bagagli pesanti, dimostrando che la forza si manifesta in tutte le forme. Ciò che mi ha veramente colpito è stata la conoscenza locale dello staff. Nonostante fosse una persona minuta, un membro dello staff conosceva la zona come il palmo della sua mano. Non solo ci ha consigliato fantastici mercati e ristoranti nelle vicinanze, ma ci ha anche guidato verso una gemma nascosta per una deliziosa colazione. Il check-in tardivo non è stato affatto un problema. Lo staff ci ha gentilmente aiutato a ordinare il cibo durante la notte, assicurandoci di non andare a letto affamati. La posizione strategica dell'hotel vicino all'aeroporto è stata incredibilmente comoda per il nostro soggiorno di transito. La mattina successiva, ci hanno fornito un servizio navetta a un prezzo ragionevole per assicurarci di prendere il volo in tempo, completando l'esperienza senza intoppi. Devo anche menzionare l'adorabile membro dello staff notturno che non solo era carino, ma anche cordiale e amichevole. La sua disponibilità a condividere spunti locali ha aggiunto un tocco personale al nostro soggiorno. In sintesi, Sultan Cave Suites è un gioiello per i soggiorni in transito. Sono grato per l'eccezionale servizio e senza dubbio consiglierò questo hotel ad altri viaggiatori.

È stata davvero una bella esperienza in questo hotel! Bella vista, bella camera e ospitalità. Tutto il personale dell'hotel è gentile con noi ogni volta. Se dovessi tornare qui, vorrei soggiornare qui! Grazie!

La stanza era molto sporca e il letto non era pulito e mi faceva sentire prurito mentre dormivo. C'era una penale di cinquanta euro per il check-out un po' tardivo. Una pessima esperienza di alloggio. Non riuscivo a dormire in questo tipo di casa di notte.

I’m stayed with family at family suite with 2 bedrooms plus spacious living room. Super nice Hot Air Balloon & sunrise viewing in the morning. Very attentive, polite and friendly hotel specially compliment to both Zeynep & Mensure. Both are lovely ladies.Thank you once again for everything during our stay . Highly recommend hotel if you going to Cappadocia.

The Sultan Cave Suites were absolutely beautiful!!! The service was great, the breakfast was lovely and the view magnificent. Everything was clean and cozy. It was a fairly easy walk into town to the restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Stunning view. Very impressive. Room is a bit dark but overall impression is good.

Service here is superb! The receptionist gave us a short tour of the whole hotel include the sister’s hotel as the facilities are shared. The view and the terrace here are AMAZING. You literally find many instagramable spots every corner of the hotel. Had my dinner and breakfast in Seten’s restaurant, I would say they are both really delicious and many choices for the hotel’s breakfast. Room could be quite small even I booked the Junior Suite, room has no ventilation too, the window can’t be opened so it can get a bit stuffy inside the room.

Amazing view and friendly staff. But my room had smelly water in the shower and sink. They should really try to solve this problem. Other than that my stay was great.

The most instagrammable hotel. The view is spectacular and all the hotel staff are nice. Breakfast is great too. Highly recommended.
