Hotel in buona posizione.camere in stile grotta .Noi avevamo Una suite ampia e pulita.Ampio anche il bagno con vasca e doccia .colazione non soddisfacente,scarna e ripetitiva.Gentilissimo il signore alla reception notturno e le ragazze della colazione.Sgradevole nello stile e nel modo di fare invece , della ragazza bionda alla reception.Credo ci sia di meglio

Tutto ottimo, signora fantastica. Se venite in Cappadocia ve lo consiglio vivamente. Troverete dal dolce al salata è una varietà di pietanze mai viste per una colazione da campione per iniziare al meglio la giornata sotto al sole cocente della cappadocia

What a warm comfy hotel!! This was a wonderful stay. The room was warm and comfortable with a nice large shower and a comfortable bed and plenty of room. The floor lighting added to the ambiance. Breakfast on the balcony with 156 balloons rising to the sunrise was spectacular to see

Me and my friends had a fantastic 3 days stay at this hotel. Helpful reception who went out of their way to accomodate our requests, from booking tours, restaurant recommendations, to having us use the pool from their sister hotel. And the views we’re fantastic as well. Nice rooftop giving us perfect view to watch the balloons pass by. Breakfast was also great! Topnotch all around!

Amazing hotel. The host is so nice and accomodating. We left early on our last day and they provided us with a packed breakfast to go. Great location and view. Best view of the balloons and not crowded like the other hotel balconies. Nice rooms

I am very sorry to write this review, but am doing so so that others don't loose a large sum of money like I did. I had booked two rooms for three nights at the Alia Cave Hotel. We were very much looking forward to our trip. My husband became ill so we had to cancel our travel plans, well in advance. I informed Alia Cave Hotel we would not be travelling to turkey due to ill health and would not be visiting Goreme. This was all done many weeks before travel. We were assured a refund. No refund came. I contacted the hotel and again I was assured my money would be returned. Again, no refund. No less then five times I contacted and each time was told yes, but no refund was sent. This makes me very sad, as we have rescheduled our trip and would have liked to stay at the hotel, but now will not and we will stay elsewhere. This is very bad customer service. It is deceitful and lying and you have lost a customer. Shame on you Alia Cave Hotel.

Very attentive management. Good breakfast. These folks are helpful in every way. They made small suggestions, from best location to view the hot air balloons to helpful tips about the breakfast selections,that improved my stay.The rooms are very stylish.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. 1) Room cleanliness - 0, 2) toiletries- 0, 3) room wifi- not working inside the room, 4) windows- broken, Pathtic experience. I booked this hotel after reading the reviews & ratings on tripadvisor. But sorry to say, its totally opposite of what the pictures or reviews say.
