It’s cheap and a good value for money. You can see the balloons from the top, but the view is obstructed. You can chill in the pool drying the hot day, good location, very close to the city center.

Non mi sono trovata bene c'è un uso improprio della parola Elite e suite , camera buia non si vede niente , manca l'illuminazione ci sono solo piccoli faretti per creare atmosfera , una piccola finestra che dà nell'androne delle scale ho preso la king suite con idromassaggio 4 notti , la delusione nel vedere che per tutti i giorni la stessa macchia di dentifricio era presente sul marmo del bagno e sul rubinetto, la pulizia era molto approssimativa cioè ti rifanno il letto e la polvere e lo sporco sia sul pavimento che sui comodini rimane in eterno così come il bagnoschiuma che lasci sulla vasca finito . Fili elettrici penzoloni dalle prese del comodino. Poca empatia del personale, colazione turca peperoni pomodori ,se vuoi le uova strapazzate le paghi 2 euro non c'è un tostapane , e tutto dislocato la colazione inizia alle 8.30 il giorno della partenza abbiamo chiesto se potevamo farla alle 8 ci è stato detto di no . Ha nevicato ma nessuno che si sia preoccupato di spazzare i gradini che portano all'areception e alla sala colazione tutto esterno alle camere, no non ci ritornerei ,

Hotel molto carino, dotato di camere eleganti in “atmosfera da cava”, il personale era gentile, la posizione defilata e tranquilla, comunque a due passi dalla zona centrale piena di ristoranti e negozi. Colazione a buffet più varia nei salari che nei dolci. Consigliato.

Ci siamo trovati davvero bene in questo hotel, tutto il personale super gentile e disponibile, colazioni varie ed abbondanti. Possono aiutare ad organizzare i vari tour, come mongolfiere etc (ovviamente a prezzi maggiorati rispetto a quello che si puo trovare in città), Piscina molto bella e rinfrescante Non diamo 5 stelle solamente perchè la finestra della nostra camera era affacciata esattamente ad 1 metro dalla lampadina di un lampione, e non vi era modo di oscurarla completamente.

Premetto che non abbiamo pernottato ma utilizzato la piscina come ospiti esterni e mangiato al ristorante. Cibo buono, porzione minima ( n.due mini spiedini di carne per 11 euro) eccessivo per la location. Ma cibo buono. Ingresso alla piscina 15 euro. La piscina molto carina. Non tanto grande ma è servita per raffrescarci in giornate di caldo terribile a Goreme. Vicinissima al centro. Lo staff abbastanza cordiale ma non parlano inglese.difficoltoso quindi il dialogo. Aspetti da migliorare: Sdraio e ascougamani vanno tenuti meglio, aciugamani con chiazze di candeggina…. Diciamo che non è il massimo.

Abbiamo alloggiato a inizio agosto in una camera familiare nella tipica sistemazione scavata nella roccia per 5 notti. Camera molto spaziosa e sempre fresca nonostante il gran caldo esterno. Naturalmente queste camere non hanno illuminazione dall'esterno ed erano presenti solo finestre che danno sull'atrio comune. Piscina molto gradevole che è un plus nelle caldissime giornate estive. Asciugamani per la piscina forniti gratuitamente dalla struttura, anche se decisamente vecchiotti, come i lettini, e da rinnovare. Parcheggio privato sterrato. Posizione non proprio in pieno centro, ma essendo Goreme piccolissima non è un problema, anzi garantisce un po' più d quiete. Colazione tipica turca, quindi non proprio in linea coi gusti italiani. Unica vera pecca è che la colazione iniziava alle 8.30: col caldo torrido di agosto volevamo iniziare prima le nostre giornate così da sfruttare appieno la mattinata dedicata a camminate e trekking. In Cappadocia la colazione dovrebbe iniziare almeno alle 7.30. Vera nota positiva, l'accoglienza di tutto il personale della reception, presente 24/7, sempre pronto a dare chiarimenti e consigli. Con loro abbiamo organizzato l'autonoleggio, il giro a cavallo (molto meglio del quad nei periodi di altissima stagione) e ci hanno dato consigli per i ristoranti, prenotando per noi ove possibile. Rapporto qualità-prezzo molto buona. Abbiamo speso circa 80 € a notte per la camera per tre persone in pieno agosto. Ci tornerei.

This was a great hotel experience for us (couple). Their staff is very sweet and catered to all our service requests. Special thanks to Alex who gave us the best packages in Cappadocia. We didn’t book the hot air balloon through them but we booked all other tours and it was a great experience for us. They upgraded us to their Queen suite for a reasonable charge and that room was worth every penny. Their best cave rooms are located at the terrace and are very economical for how spacious they are. We had a jacuzzi and sauna in our room which the staff prepared for us. Also the best part about this place is their location - it is on the Main Street but at the end away from the hustle bustle, but very easy access to the city centre. Overall great experience - would highly recommend!

Please dont be fooled. This is not a cave hotel, and the service is the worst. They try and scam you for airport transfers. We booked a private transfer for 60euros and they sent a small i20 car that could not fit more than 1 large suitcase, and was a hotel staff car (which we later found out). Better to take taxi from airport for much lesser and way better car. The rooms are filthy and musty and smelly. The bathroom was unbelievably dirty. Pillow cover had mould. They charge 2 euros for eggs at breakfast. Front office smells of cigarettes and poor service by front office. Rude and unprofessional. Instead go to other options in Goreme like Sultan, Divan or *****.

We came jn december 2023 me and my turkish partner.. the hotel was amazing,they looked after us much and the food was out of this world with so much choice. We would recommed to stay here as,the rooms are perfect etc in the caves and the breakast made anything we wanted to eat was so much choice...the lady at the breakfast did any food we wanted. This hotel is the best and really went above and beyond

Stayed for two nights. Good rooms and polite service. They let us do late check in. I’ve been here twice now once previously with parents and now husband. I had an amazing experience when I came first time I feel the breakfast wasn’t as great as my first experience before Covid - they had very tasty salads then. Also the rooms do smell a little of the natural cave so maybe it will be worth having a little scent there. I also did mention it was my husbands birthday and our honeymoon they didn’t really seem to care or did any special small surprise like most places do.

Although we were not able to sleep over the hotel due to delayed flights. We were able to eat breakfast and take a picture of the our room. The room was clean, cozy, and had cave like interior. There's a balcony overlooking Goreme and a pool. We were welcomed by a very accommodating and enthusiastic staff who helped us maximize our very short time in Cappadocia.

We were a group of 6 who stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The location is good, very close to the city center, yet away from the madenning crowd. The maintenance of the property is poor, with water leakage in the king room. The WC was not working in of the other rooms. The regular rooms are slightly small and rooms in the ground floor facing the road are noisy. The service was terrible!! Completely defensive on all the issues being brought to their notice and no resolution.

· Really enjoyed our stay. Splurged for an extra nice room. It was a massive cave space, had its own sauna which we used multiple times. The total and utter darkness helps for daytime naps after pre-dawn ballooning. The breakfast was excellent, the staff was very helpful and the pool was really nice. We were even allowed to use the facilities after check out. Disliked · Humidity, and the need to recycle the air daily. Its a necessary quirk as these are cave rooms with no natural ventilation, but still, not something I knew about going in.

Stayed here for 2 nights, amazing experience, friendly staff, specially 2 afghan receptionists were quite helpful. Buffet Breakfast was amazing with alot of variety ti choose. Hotel offers pick and drop service for $10per person one side. You can also book green tours or other tours with them.
