We had a nice stay at this hotel. The cave family room was amazing and very comfortable, and we also enjoyed the breakfast and the rooftop patio that has an incredible view. We booked a hot air balloon tour with them that we really enjoyed (with Anatolian Balloons, which we also highly recommend). The only things that could be improved was the leaking ceiling in the room (we know it's a cave, but still, having two bowls on the floor to collect the water is a little inconvenient) and the transfer service which, albeit not the hotel's fault, almost had us miss our flight (we arrived at the airport 1 hour 10 minutes before departure, while the driver stopped en route for gas, a coffee, etc). But all the services provided by the hotel were great, the location is very central and it is a quiet place. We would recommend it!

Everything was great,!the rooms all new furniture and clean, excellent location close to everything.

The owner was really kind and helpful to get me to do last minute tours and made sure my needs were met. The breakfast was really good had to be the best I’ve had since my stay in turkey. The lady who does breakfast is also very welcoming she ensures that you get what you want. The reception guy on the overnight was really good at attending to my needs. There is a rooftop where you can watch the balloons fly over the city which was dope. The only downside was that the room had a musty smell. Overall, great stay. Everybody went above and beyond to ensure my stay was a memorable one

Correspondeu bem as expectativas. Reservamos a suite com hidromassagem, com uma baita vista para o amanhecer. A cama e o quarto bem espaçosos e tudo estava arrumado e limpo. Banheiro é grande até demais. Café da manhã é bom, como outros que tivemos pela Turquia... é diferente do nosso, então tem que entender a cultura local. A localização é muito boa, estando aquele perto-longe importante para silêncio noturno. Duas coisas importantes: O tratamento meses antes da nossa chegada foi impecável. Reservamos tudo com eles, desde o transfer, o balão de ar quente (que foi incrível) e o guia local privativo Ismail que foi excelente (com valor semelhante aos que pesquisamos separadamente). Outro fator importante a melhorar - recepção local. Realmente o funcionário da recepção é disperso e de difícil comunicação, principalmente a noite ou amanhacer. Ele é bastante prestativo, educado, mas deixa a desejar como serviço. no geral ficamos muito satisfeitos com a estadia.

Chambre irrespirable, moisissure, humidité.. Nous sommes venues pour 2 jours en Cappadoce 10h de route épuisés pour arriver dans un hôtel irrespirable nous n’avons pas réussi a dormir car nous faisions qu’éternuer et l’odeur d’humidité nous prenais à la gorge ! Nous sommes vite partis à la première heure dans un autre hotel. Voiture endommagée devant l’hôtel, chambre avec fuite etc.. fuyez !

Das Hotel hätte Potential wenn da nicht einige Kleinigkeiten wären. Zum einen möchte ich erwähnen, dass wir sehr viel Reisen und Luxus nichts ist auf was wir Wert legen. Aber hier haben wir uns ausnahmsweise mal eine Cave Suite mit Pool gegönnt. Für diesen Preis erwarte ich einen gewissen Standard und Service. Das Hotel ist als Nichtraucher Hotel deklariert. Aber die Angestellten rauchten im Esssaal und in der Rezeption. Ein absolutes No-Go. Meinen Mann haben sie noch gesagt er könne auch im Zimmer rauchen, was er selbstverständlich nicht gemacht hat. Der Esssal hat keine Klimaanlage und die Terasse keine Sonnenschirme. Keine Ahnung wie man das in wärmeren Temperaturen aushält. Die Tarrasse ganz oben mit den Kissen wurde trotz schönem Wetter nie eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist alles kalt und lieblos. In unserem Raum hatten wir ständig ein komisches Geräusch. Keine Ahnung was das war. Wir hatten anfänglich 89% Luftfeuchtigkeit und brachten es mit 24 Std. Luftentfeuchter auf 50% runter. Hatten aber deswegen zusätzlich ein Geräusch. Das Zimmer wurde auf verlangen täglich geputzt. Leider ist aber die Bausubstanz so schlecht, dass der Stuhl mit Kleider sowie der Boden sich wie ein Kiesboden anfühlte. Der Pool wurde auf verlangen auch gereinigt. Leider war er 2 Tage danach ungebraucht wieder gleich dreckig und mit einem Film belegt.
