Stay was very very very good, didn't expect such a facility in gonikoppa, highly recommended place. Good wifi facilities and 24hrs power back up. All the amenities were good at the location. Spacious parking space for cars and bikes. Really impressed.

We booked a non-ac room for 1 night without breakfast. When we reached the hotel, they informed that breakfast is included with our stay and room was quite spacious and decent for the amount. The restaurant food which we ordered for dinner was little spicy, overall it was good

The Cocoon is a clean place with all necessary amenities required for a stay. It’s located at a prime area of gonikoppa at walkable distance to bus stand, good restaurants, medical store or anything that you are looking for. They also have an in-house restaurant with good food. We loved the poori that was served for complimentary breakfast. The staff are friendly and were available in a minute whenever we needed assistance. Overall an excellent place

Air condition was not working and i had a horrible experience, hotel could not fulfill the promised service

The hotel seems a star hotel when it was built but presently without proper maintenance it is a mess. We have been allotted room in which it was having honey bees flying all around after complaining they have provided another in which ac is malfunctioning even though complaining about it some one came checked and is telling please adjust. The worst hotel i have been ever. Please don’t anyone book by mistake also.

Amenities were available as described. Clean and well maintained toilets with hot water facility. Wi-fi was accessible. The restaurant in the building has a decent menu, reasonable pricing. Easy check-in/checkout process.

Flight got delayed by 1 hr 40 mins. Didn’t even offer water. I was carrying my less than a year old baby and this was so difficult to wait at the airport where i couldn’t even get a sit as there were too much crowd.
