Male receptionist not helpful to resolve water issues in the hotel. 1 room was bad because the water runs out black and dirty. We had to call the manager to resolve but it took us a lot of effort to resolve. We are not the emotional type but his unfriendly attitude make us angry and impatient. Ho un buon soggiorno a FaveHotel Maliboro. L'unico posto in basso è l'assenza di una sala fitness e la moschea è accanto all'hotel. Ogni mattina saremo svegliati dalle preghiere. Inoltre, tutto è buono, vicino alla strada Maliboro. Inoltre, vorrei complimentarmi con la signorina April e con il conducente dell'hotel.La signorina April era davvero utile e attenta.Mi sono caduto quando ho girato su 28/8, il personale mi ha chiamato immediatamente per portarmi alla clinica 24 ore. Il conducente mi ha aiutato a prendere la medicina e a pagare le spese mediche prima che non avessi portato soldi alla clinica. La signorina April mi ha aiutato a comprare i biglietti di treno all'aeroporto internazionale di Yogyakarta, perché non potevo fare il pagamento online. Mi sento davvero caldo. Tutti i membri del personale sono in buone maniere, ci sono bevande di benvenuto e ogni piano ha un frigorifero d'acqua gratuito. Il buffet è buono. All staffs especialy the security upon arrival were superb! I had problem with the bed and the phone didn’t work. The staff came immediately to fix and help me to move to another room. Despite this issue, I would still recommend this hotel due to the superb service, cleanliness and the friendly fast response staffs. Only one note that they are very strict with check in and check out time.
