Ma non capiamo perché questo hotel è elencato con l'indirizzo sbagliato su tutte le piattaforme di prenotazione, così come sul sito Tripadvisor. Questo hotel non è situato a Spitz 26. Non c'è nessun hotel a Spitz 26. Spitz 26 non è nemmeno nella stessa città di questo hotel. Spitz 26 è al di sopra di una strade molto stretta e molto stretta nella città successiva, e i residenti di questa città devono essere malati e stanchi di tutti i turisti che arrivano qui, cercando Walliser Sonne. Quando ci siamo circondati circa dieci volte senza trovare l'hotel, un locale si è espresso e ha chiesto se ci fosse un hotel? Sì, come sospettava, ci ha guidati indietro sul cammino che siamo arrivati, nella città giusta e nella strada giusta. Si noti che Walliser Sonne si trova a Jungbrunnenstrasse 80 a Gluringen, NON a Spitz 26 a Reckingen.

It is a great place to stay and eat. Next to the ski slope and chairlift, with a great panorama view, the location is simply perfect. In the SPA is you find all you need to relax and recover. The food is delicious. The team is very guest oriented und up to the director, all work hard to make the guests happy. Nevertheless, a few points to improve. We got a bathrobe just on request and one day the croissants were out of stock at breakfast 30 minutes prior the buffet closed. Sometimes the dinner took a bit long, which can become a bit a challenge with small kids. Overall we enjoyed it and plan to go back.

They charge for tap water. This is a terrible policy and I’m sorry I can’t get past it. You can shower as long as you like. You have a lovely glass caraffe in your room and you can drink water to your heart’s content in your room. At breakfast the water is plentiful. But at dinner - you pay. Why don’t you charge 1 franc more for your cordon bleu instead? Or don’t give free bread? Or charge 1 chf more for the room. I don’t care. But to charge for tap water - this is a big insult to your customers. I have been to your hotel many times before and I have recommended it to many friends. But I’m sorry this is the end. You even went to the trouble to write a big spiel in your menu about why you charge for water. I paid you over 200 francs for my meal and my room. I just honestly can’t understand your logic. Kudos to the nice restaurant staff who tried to appease the situation. Your service was excellent and friendly. This review is intended solely for the management of this hotel and restaurant.
