Long wait for the elevators sometimes.
Front office staff OK but not exactly smiling and welcoming.
Good gym and pool but limited hours
No fridge in room
No shelves in shower (yes minor I know)

Good location just a few minutes away from KL Sentral station and the NU mall with many eating options and shops. Also close to the Tun Sambanthan station. The room is ok, comfortable bed and very nice views. The shower was a bit confusing as there were 2 shower heads and it took me a bit to figure out that only the second and smaller one had hot water while the main tab was rather cooler. Also, while there was shampoo and body wash in the shower, there was no soap bar for the sink and we had to get into the shower every time we wanted to wash our hands which wasn’t great. Apart from that there is no much else in the room but no much more you need for a short stay. The best is the infinity pool in the 54th floor and the amazing views at night! What I like about this ‘apartment’ in comparison to other similar ones in airbnb is that there is a kind of reception where you can leave your luggage before and after.

Nice and simple hotel. It’s new so the parking still under renovation (i think🤔) Difficult to find parking nearby which until night time also fully parked. Walking distance to monorail Tun Sambanthan. The hotel room design is nice 👍🥰

The apartment located close to the LRT and quite centrally located to the shopping malls. The room a little small but the facilities are excellent. We loved the separate shower and WC despite the small room.

We had booked for 2N&3D such a awesome view, the room was crystal clear. Rooftop swimming pool was amazing, staff guideness was very good, we really enjoyed a lot..

Excellent location. Great connectivity from KLIA to KL Sentral which is walking distance away. Clean, modern and spacious room. Great facilities with great night views of KL City.
